i think the reason the clique is so “clique” like now is because we arent used to the fame yet??

like ive seen a lot of posts on my dash about how we are becoming a literal clique and how we need to stop that and it’s kinda annoying to see tbh

a lot of us who react this way have been here since vessel or before. we arent used to having fans who don’t appreciate the music as much as we do. we arent used to hearing their music in vines and on the radio.

its hard to have something that you hold so close to your heart just kinda tossed around and given to just anyone.

i know thats not right, because everyone is entitled to this music, but its still hard to swallow.

ive been here since regional and im very guilty of getting upset when i see people who dont “appreciate” the music as much as i do. this band is so much more than a band to me and i forget that thats not how it is for everyone.

im sorry that we get defensive. im sorry that some of us are rude. i really am.

its just hard to watch the thing that you call home lose its meaning.
