LABOUR 4 LICHFIELD 24

FLUTE-TRAIN,BOOK & CANDLE: So I heard reports that Jeremy Corbyn ascended in Croydon the other day, to gather his disciples and talk of a promised land of fairness and legal Puff: but all I heard was a lot of "Chou-Chou-Puff" goes the train! It felt like 1968 all over again, starry-eyed, hard left economics that could hurt the poorest most! On the journey to Croydon I may have heard the Messiah say: " Trains weren't this bad under nationalisation" but spoke of no Labour alternative for 21st century Britain. On this journey to meet future disciples the "Flying nationaliser" train steamed passed Westminster Station without stopping, and instead the train took a de-tour to H.R.Pufnstuf where Jeremy Corbyn alighted. His land was filled with talking trees and flutes whistling in hedge groves, with a magic path leading to the Wheely Birds. The honorable "Nationaliser" converges with the disciples whilst drinking Chinese green tea and green Herbes De Puff. A visiting witch was sent to spoil such fun and games, denouncing the temple of Corbyn Mania and re-directed the train back to Westminster. On this journey home, the magic mushrooms and flying monkey's disappeared into her pocket-ZIPPED UP! Yvette Copper told us on this journey back to Westminster that there is a true home-land for the Labour Party: where fairness is spoke of, progressive ideas are formulated, and child poverty is eradicated!!! The steam dispelled and the train stopped at #10 Dowing Street, the door was painted Red & Yellow and Labour began a new: the British economy was once again competitive! The above tale is just that...but justifie¡

The money pot is empty for the poorest in our developed country-supposedly a growing economy; so can I ask why we stifle young dreams? This Budget Day Mr Orange clutched those dreams and took them away with him in his old Red-Hag-Bag! "Earn or Lean" Osbourne said whilst scraping student maintenance grants and making it impossible to live on zero benefit! The Labour Gnomes would like to scrap Tuition Fees altogether.

More than 2,500 new wind turbines are unlikely to be built in the UK because of cuts under the Tory Government to subsidies! The total capacity, amounting to 7.1 gigawatts of cleaner electricity production, is equivalent to about 7 average-sized nuclear power reactors! The Conservative party are clearly jeopardising the green revolution, not to mention the thousands of jobs that will now be lost- particularly in Scotland and projects promised to boost British industry. Proof that a Tory government will not listen to a LABOUR LEGACY on greener issues!

Today it highlights the supremacy of parliament, the union with Scotland and our relationship with Europe. ¤ Will the devolution of further powers to Scotland over taxation and welfare put the union at risk? ¤ if the EU can pass legislation above British law, what remains of the principle of the supremacy of parliament? ¤ What would the above mean for ‘English Laws For English Votes?’ David Cameron will use the 800th anniversary of Magna Carta to convince us that our British Rights are “devalued” and distorted due to our commitments to the European Union. I was under the impression that it was created to help innocent people to escape the persecution of the Anglican Church. Evidently this is section 1 of David Camerons grand scheme to manipulate the British people into thinking that safeguarding our legacy will some how protect us whilst under European Rule. A British Bill Of Rights will be created under his government rule, in favour of our current alliance’s with Europe. So what is wrong with this, and why am I worried about a strong union in the state of collapse?! Labour values are about social and economic rights. And they are also about the civil and political rights within the Human Rights Act! The European Convention on Human Rights was in 1950 and Labour strongly stands by these efforts. Labour Stands By: ¤ The right to a fair trial. ¤ Protection from torture. ¤ Freedom of thought, conscience, religion, speech and assembly. ¤ The right not to be discriminated against!!!

Labour wants to change this!- with focus on young people so that they can access help before the grip of the problem takes control. Labour will radically improve mental provision, especially for young people by prioritising investment for under 18's and making sure teachers are trained to spot potential problems early on!!! This is something that I know enough about. In September 2014 I was admitted to a leading NHS eating disorders residence, where I gained many skills through troubled mindfields. Each day I gain more goals and strengths, something that I know I could not do without the leading experts that inspire me to take another step forwards. I was 11 years old when a relationship with mental changed, I then struggled for understanding throughout a Tory Government and a Milk Steal!!! I belive in Ed Miliband when he says that he wants this to change. And "Hell Yes" I'm VOTING LABOUR!

IMMIGRATION is very important to the future of Britain, but with a Labour plan this will be properly managed. Labour will control immigration with "fair rules" and it will be illegal for employer's to undercut wages by exploiting workers! Strongter boarder controls~Easier deportation of foreign criminals~Cheak people in and out of the country~And do more to stop illegal immigration. Labour will also ban agencies from recruiting only from abroad! People coming here wont be able to claim benefits for at least 2 years, to ensure hardworking natures! Public service jobs will be required to speak English from all! I say, let eat cake with us all-some Cornish Clotted Cream and Scottish finest malt. At the end of the day we are all the same; working hard to earn a Devonshire Crust and a Welsh Lamb Cuttlet if we're luck! We are an Island of many with new and old cultures that enrich our lives. With Irish Giant Steps, surely we can come together and work as a United Team!

The real question to ask of this election is = do we want another referendum on the brakeup of the United Kingdom, and then ultimately a choice to stand alone within European Shores? The promise of this second referendum on Scottish Independence will be in the very first line of the SNP's manifesto next year. Ed Miliband's stance is clear when he said :" I am not going to sacrifice the future of our country, the unity of our country. I'm not going to have a Labour Government if it means deals or coalition with the SNP." Money flooding north over Hadrian's Wall was not in Labours manifesto the last time I looked! But if your looking elsewhere, there are huge risks to the Union in a Conservative-led government where Westminster helps nationalism in Scotland! In my mind, our British shores are beautiful but small, and the future of the UK's trade market is at stake here too. It would be an astonishing mistake to leave the European Union which would show dire consequences in these heated times! So once again I leave this blog with the wise words of Ed Miliband :"We're not going to do a deal with the Scottish National Party. We are not going to have a coalition. We are not going to have a deal!!!"

Labour has pledged NO CHANGES TO BUS PASSES or T.V LINCENCES~NO CHANGE TO THE FUEL ALLOWANCE, except for the richest 5% of pensioners with an income of £42,000 per year! This will help to clear the deficit in tough times. Labour will protect vulnerable pensioners being taken advantage of by Capping Fees and Charges on there pension funds. A cap of 0.5% for someone drawing out £2,000 per year from a £36,000 pension pot will leave them £10,500 better off than the Tory charges of 2.75%~ this is Garenteed! Labour commits to the "triple lock"~ 15minute home visits from care workers will END under a Labour Government by recruiting 5,000 new carers! All this while still cutting the deficit without the tax man raiding coins!!!

Labour are so proud to be able to Protect All Tax Credits for working families, to rise with inflation. They have Garenteed Primary Childcare from 8am till 6pm! There will be ....No increase of VAT, INCOME TAX or NATIONAL INSURANCE under the Labour Government! Labour will highlight " grandparent leave", allowing the next-generation to help with childcare of a new arrival to the family. Labour will put an end to the Badger Cull~ Ban wild animals in circuses~ Keep the ban on hunting with dogs, and improve protection for Dogs and Cats! Labour will also create new ocean reserves around several British overseas territories, including the Pitcairn Islands in the South Pacific. It will also pledge more marine conservation zones around the UK! This is not supported by a Tory scheme! Labour said it would offer "unprecedented protection for Turtles, Sharks and Whales", with a protected area around South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, in consultation with local people!!! I trust Labour to bring the Grumps out of Salom today!

The value of the NHS team shows no limits of care and understanding, and I can't thank them enough. Until the next time, I know that they will be there"!!! With the real risk that patient care would suffer under 5 more years of Tory Government, and waiting times that will rise: The Labour Party has money-backed pledges to get our NHS back on track! They will boost NHS spending by 2.5bn ~Install 20,000 more nurses~Implement 8,000 more GP's~Join up services from home to hospital~Guaranteed GP appointments within 48 hours~And precious Cancer tests done within 1 week!!! If "the personal is national", then Labour "will build a NHS with time to care".

Prioritize Flood Prevention and introduce a new Climate Change adaptation plan to help us properly prepare for the effects of a changed climate! Yesterday the Labour Party announced that they would spend more on DEFENSE than the Conservative Party, placing them first for military rights and issues!
