And then there are the rules. It’s gotta be entertaining. You gotta tell a story. You can’t be too obvious but, you can’t be too obscure either. You can’t double up on songs by the same artist, unless, of course, that’s your theme. Anyway, a good compilation, like so many things in life, is hard to do.

Non ho mai creduto a tutti quegli strani discorsi su come sia meglio partire con luna calante o studiare con quella crescente, su cosa si rischi amando in Saturno o cosa si perda aspettando il ritorno di un segno di fuoco.

Da quando però tutto vale di più di un “domani vedremo” mi trovo sempre più spesso a sfogliare ascendenti, a riempire con foga fogli di numeri e righe tracciate saltando gli anni bisesti, affinché Marte e Giove nel mio e nel tuo segno raccontino a forza quello che in fondo vado cercando: che tutto anche i pianeti e i sistemi solari siano concordi col nostro volerci.
