- Amethyst🔮 - A great stone to use if you’re looking for inner peace in your life. This stone brings about a soothing environtment and helps to keep you calm and collected. And for any aspiring psychics out there, this is the perfect stone to start training your third eye. Good for any spell where raw spiritual energy is needed.
- Smokey Quartz⛰ - A really good stone to keep you grounded and connected to the psyichal plane in times of high stress. It takes negative energy and cleanses it before releasing it back into the world. Placing it at the feet opens a protective circle.

Easy Ways To Raise Your Energy/Vibration
While the terms “raising energy” or “raising vibration” may sound like there is a big complicated ritual involved in doing so, it can be a very simple process. There are many benefits to raising our energy/vibration, which range from aiding in spellwork to just simply feeling better. All of these things listed below are simple ways to do so! rose quartz is a crystal associated with the heart energy point! it is a stone that is good at bringing out kindness and love in everything and everyone around you. use this stone to not only nourish the love in your heart, but soften the hearts of those around you as well
amethyst is associated with peace and reducing negative emotions! keep this stone on your person to help yourself keep calm when things get a bit overwhelming

obsidian is a stone known for its grounding properties which is quite helpful for empaths! being an empath means constantly reacting to the energies of others and it can be helpful to have something to keep you grounded and present

Black Salt
Black Salt is used for cursing, protection, banishing, cleansing, breaking spells or hexes, and repelling negative energy. Black salt is made by combining either activated charcoal or ashes from burned herbs or incense with sea salt.
Using activated charcoal will actually make your salt a dark black color, whereas using ashes will turn it into a lighter grey color.
Depending on what you plan to use black salt for, you can add different types of ash or other ingredients that correspond with your intent.
