A pair of dogs found wandering loose on Interstate 84 became the latest victims in the alarmingly frequent incidents of law enforcement officers discharging their firearms on man's best friend.
This sick creep was given special privileges even after the scope of his previous crimes were known and most recently had those charges dismissed, only to turn around and do the exact same thing again.
Why do they always come in guns blazing? According to the family's attorney, the officer arrived on the scene with weapon drawn, preparing for battle rather than de-escalation.
