Its been who knows how many years since the dub ended but I am still bothered that dub!Yusei randomly gets a fear of bugs and there wasn’t anything done with it.

Like there was no shots of him where he’s like “ : |  I play this card face down and end my turn,” during duels involving bugs or spiders with an inner monologue pasted on where he’s like ‘OH JEEZ THAT’S REALLY HUGE WHY DOES THIS GAME MAKE THEM SO BIG AAAAAAAA-’

They almost SORT OF did do something with it, when he first faces off against Rudger (…..I don’t remember his dub name, I’m sorry, spider dude). I loled. But you have a point, for sure.
