Nonbinary people have a wondrous array of genders and ways of understanding gender.

We are like the multitude of stars in the sky and are just as fascinating.

What a great kinship we have with the cosmos.

This is for anyone who’s had to endure the dreaded, ‘when are you going to have children?’ conversation.

[Illustration of a small purple and pink bird looking menacingly at the viewer. Next to the bird’s beak are two speech bubbles that read, ‘you don’t need to have children to be whole. it’s okay to not want children.’]

You’re allowed to try new pronouns and new names. You’re allowed to explore yourself and what you’re comfortable with. It’s okay to not be sure yet, to not have a consistent identity; it’s okay to not know for certain, to not decide yet. You have time, you do no harm by taking time.

Your sexuality does not make you too complicated to love.

Your romantic orientation does not make you too complicated to love.

Your gender does not make you too complicated to love.

Your phsyical disabilities do not make you too complicated to love.

Your mental illness does not make you too complicated to love.

You deserve love, you can be loved, and you will be loved. Romantically, platonically, familialy, however you want and need. You deserve love, you can be loved, and you will be loved.
