You know, there are so many Dark!Morpheus fics where he steals/kidnaps/abducts the Reader to the Dreaming and she's always terrified of him and defiant, and has a good life in the Waking. She always starts out hating him, and refusing to admit her attraction to him and doesn't want to be HIS. He usually ends up purposely breaking her, putting out her fire and turning her into a puppet. I love these stories, don't get me wrong but that is not at all how I'd react.
I've not had the best life. I've got too much of my own trauma to discuss. I have a total of 3 Waking World connections outside of my job that I fucking hate but I can't get another one because of lack of experience. I have mental issues and abandonment issues among a plethora of other shit 🙃
If Morpheus showed up literally right this second to take me to be his queen in the Dreaming? Yes, sign me the fuck up. I'm constantly on the verge of a breakdown and I would love never having to deal with a dying world full of people and things I hate again, thank you very much. I could probably even negotiate keeping in contact with the literal 3 people I care about in the Waking. He even has a connection to the Waking in Hob. It wouldn't be impossible. Maybe he'd let me visit them in their dreams or something.
I want a Reader with problems, a Reader who won't fight him because a super attractive, otherworldly Eldritch King is offering to literally get rid of all her problems. She'll never want for anything, he'd give her his entire fucking Kingdom for fucks sake. Plus, literally everyone has agreed that Dream is just the best lover. Plus, we've all agreed he's touch starved and guess what, SO AM I. I want a Dream who expects resistance and is surprised that the Reader is All In immediately. No resisting how alluring he is, because come on, he's fucking Ethereal!!! I want a Reader that matches every bit of his intensity and love and interest with her own. Because I would.
I need a Reader who is in awe that a being as powerful, as terrible, as beautiful as he is wants her. One who, just like he, would do literally anything he asked of her. She'd slit her own throat if she thought it would please him.
And also, I need The Corinthian as her bodyguard. I literally need Dream to remake The Corinthian for Reader, as a bodyguard. Dream has Matthew, who is constantly baffled that the girl his Boss has LITERALLY KIDNAPPED is not only totally chill about it, but actually seems more than okay with it??? And Dream wouldn't dare let his precious Queen get harmed so he remakes The Corinthian as a gift to her, and he becomes her bodyguard/Knight.

Hey for people who are not in the Discord Server, just thought i’d update you all! So apparently the company that produced Warrior Nun is Reality Distortion Field, that was co-founded by Simon Barry, the excecutive producer of Warrior Nun. So that means Netflix possibly doesn’t have all the rights to the show, so there is hope to get it to another platform.
People are mass cancelling their Netflix accounts, and posting a screenshot of their cancellation confirmation on Twitter with the hashtah “CancelNetflix”. There is a petition going around, i’m gonna put the link to that in the replies, along with the Discord link if people wanna join.
#SaveWarriorNun is trending #4 worldwide on Twitter right now, and has been going up in the last hours, so we might get it to #1? Possibly?
Also just as a little reminder, Manifest was cancelled, but Netflix gave it a last season cause fans were very vocal about it. One day at a time got saved by fans. Wynonna Earp too. Sense8 got a final 2 hours special after fan outrage at its cancellation. Lucifer was supposed to be cancelled too, and they got a chance at a last season to close their storyline. If you don’t want to fight it’s okay, you deserve to grieve in peace, but if you want to give Netflix shit and fight for it? There’s hope. We could have something.
Oh and last thing, Nicole Polizzi is publicly shaming Netflix on Twitter. We stan an icon.
