Greetings this is Garbage-Smell, owner of this side blog, you may call me either Lu, Louie or Garbage(I think it sounds very funny)

So here's about my blog:

- Garbage-Smell is my Star Trek account but anything non related to Trek will be tagged #not trek

- Mostly everything here I do is for fun, I write scenarios, shitposts, archive trekkie related stuff, anything in general. I really like Star Trek and have this strange on going obsession with Qcard, Q and Picard for years so most of my posts are for them.

- I do not follow the entire canon of VOY neither PIC of Q, I have some headcanons, and ideas I like to explore from both series but don't like Q's complete portrayal in neither of them, and prefer much more TNG's portrayal of Q.

I'm very slow, within my time and personal life problems but I have some other content ideas I want to create for them which will be found on:

~~Right now it's a victim of DNS (Domain Name Service) spoofing. This means that a malicious party is trying to steal traffic from FFn by purchasing a~~ ~~very similar~~ ~~domain.~~

Correction:

The new "fake" site that people are seeing still belongs to FanFiction.net—they just misconfigured their servers and are not redirecting traffic from the bare fanfiction.net to the main site at www.fanfiction.net. There is likely no malicious agent. Didn't mean to scare anyone! Just wanted to let people know the site wasn't deleted!

So if you want to read fanfiction and not see leaves, you have have to type out "www.fanfiction.net".

Please share so people stop panicking.

IT’S STILL THERE??? if you type the url in directly it seems to direct you to the weird email site but searching for fanfiction on bing or google and clicking the result for fanfiction.net brings you to the actual site !!!! the fics are still there !!!!! don’t panic !!!!

I still remember the day I first watched Star Trek and I thought, "Wow, Kirk and Spock would make a really good couple, I wonder if there's anyone who ships them," and then I looked up 'Kirk and Spock' on the Internet and the first thing that came up was the fucking Wikipedia article about the history of slash fiction and that it was Kirk and Spock who invented modern fandom.
