Anyway tldr a bunch of randoms are trying to chase me off tumblr, ive been blocked by hundreds, lost followers and clients and friends, apl because of slander, i have a personality disorder and im being called unstable and crazy, though please note apl of this is with no evidence whatsoever. No evidence of my toxic aggression ever recorded. If you dont mind please rb this bc in scared they might try and get my account terminated.

I don’t understand why people aren’t interested in Astronomy.
You can look up into the night sky and see a fucking galaxy with your naked eye. You can see cosmic structures that are millions of light years across and if you don’t think that’s the coolest fucking shit then I don’t know what to tell you.

Hubble has spotted an ancient galaxy that shouldn’t exist
This galaxy is so large, so fully-formed, astronomers say it shouldn’t exist at all. It’s called a “grand-design” spiral galaxy, and unlike most galaxies of its kind, this one is old. Like, really, really old. According to a new study conducted by researchers using NASA’s Hubble Telescope, it dates back roughly 10.7-billion years — and that makes it the most ancient spiral galaxy we’ve ever discovered.
“The vast majority of old galaxies look like train wrecks,” said UCLA astrophysicist Alice Shapley in a press release. “Our first thought was, why is this one so different, and so beautiful?”
