Shinigami Eyes is a FREE browser extension for both firefox and chrome that labels links as "trans-friendly" or "anti-trans" across the internet
It doesn't work on apps yet, but even if you primarily use mobile it's a good idea to go through your following on a browser and unfollow and block anyone in red.
And it's completely crowd sourced, so if you encounter a transphobe in the wild you can label them as anti-trans to pay it forward to trans people in the future.
