Like walking through a fairy tale, the forest is filled with the hushed sounds of a peaceful ecosystem, teeming with life that touches every inch of the earth. Moss stretches higher than you could climb, and water feeds the earth everywhere that it can reach, caressing every surface and bringing with it the most primitive form of sustenance for life to exist. As you step quietly along the paths, the forest seems to whisper to you. It is cautious, but welcoming. So long as you can coexist peacefully, you are safe here. Quiet and undisturbed, the land gives you its blessing to admire the beauty of nature here.

Last night, the moon came to me, gave me it’s shine to sip instead of champagne, it’s light looking dim and graceless without the night shrouding it so it could gleam. It told me about it’s two lovers, the sea and the sun and how their cosmic chaos had destroyed its harmony. At least, I told it, it was loved. It was worshiped. It was wanted. It asked me, “What does it feel like. This loss of love.” I told it, “Like being lost in a desert where you once knew a sea. Like watching the sun that once lit up your life burning the very last of what you both used to be.”
