i thought my suicidal late teens were the hardest years of my life but nothing could’ve prepared me for my 20s waking up everyday with no purpose, feeling so lost, unable to keep up with friendships, watching everyone move on with relationships and careers and being unable to catch up. and I’m such a “life is not a race” type of person but damn I’m losing so hard rn

Coming to the farmers market for a walk pre-10AM is truly the best. I can soak up the smell of fresh eggrolls, oggle the spectrum of lush ripe produce in every color, and rubberneck and wonder what flowers the Hmong ladies are putting in the bouqets.
I don't have to fight for parking, I can appreciate the families with little pudgy toddlers waddling freely around in front of their families without having to swim through the crowds and watch kids with devour fresh baked goods with sticky hands and cheeks. Just savoring the vibrancy of life, today.
