I don't mean to be rude but I'm worried, I bought a bundle 12 days ago but the tracking number still says its in pre-shipment. Is that normal or is my app broken?
Seeing as how I've shipped out every bundle already, it's likely the package wasn't scanned properly by the post office... This has happened a few times already, and I really don't know why it's happening, but I promise you it has been shipped. A few people who contacted me with this concern have gotten their package already despite this concern, so if you want to keep us updated of it's status via email, please do so! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
