STORYLINE

So I decided to make a tails for Corundum. Meet Ceylonite he used to be a tails but after what happened to him he’s no longer the way he was.

There are some information about him and his abilities down below ↓↓↓

During The time of Infinite and Sonic fight, Tails was at the Base calculating and brainstorming on how to find a weakness in order to stop him from causing more chaos. Tails was determined to find Infinite's weakness so his research went on for weeks upon weeks, until one day… All of sudden someone had opened up the door, Tails then heard a slam like something had fallen over. Tails got up from his chair to go see who or what has gotten into the base.

Tails was curious but skeptical about this but he built up the courage to see, and once he finally was close enough to the door’s entrance He then realized that it was Amy who has gotten into the base, but she was knocked out cold from exhaustion.

Tails tried waking up amy multiple times but it seemed unsuccessful so Tails made a makeshift bed for her to recover. Hours went by it was time for tails to check up on Amy to see if she has awoken, by pure chance she was indeed awake but silent and a bit frantic.

This wasn’t her usual self and tails knew that so then he tried to ask Amy some questions on what happened out there, but she wasn’t speaking up it seemed that she was still in shock to even speak understanding this Tails have given more time to recover and when she’s ready Amy can go tails at the computer to tell him everything.

More hours went by Tails was at his computer doing his research like usual when all of He felt something tap his shoulder, it was Amy it seemed like she was ready to finally tell tails what happened at City Sunset Heights. While on patrol Amy was unexpectedly attacked by Eggman’s Badniks after dealing with them She then saw a huge Energy explosion at Mystic Jungle, With Amy being a little worn out from the badniks She tried to radio call Sonic on her walkie-talkie that was given to her by Tails in order to give any information to them and call for backup as well. But She wasn’t getting any sort of response from Sonic so Amy then tried to radio Tails…

but there was also no response from him. She then soon realize that the radio communication was being blocked by someone, so she thought that infinite had something to do with this! Worried about something might have happened to Sonic she then ran to Mystic Jungle where the massive Energy explosion took place, Once she was finally at Mystic Jungle she Immediately went on searching for Sonic, it felt like the search was taking an eternity and Amy was growing restless but then she finally found Sonic she was overjoyed that Sonic was alright!

Amy then ran up to Sonic and gave him a surprise hug from behind him, But then Sonic started to laugh maniacally And told her “Oh so NOW you guys Care about me!” Amy was confused. She didn’t know what Sonic was talking about but before she could ask questions Sonic transformed into this new.. evil form, It's nothing like Amy seen before and before she could react Sonic turned around and threw Amy against some far off tree in the jungle. Once Amy thrown against the tree she.

Instantly shook the dizziness off and getting ready for Sonic’s next attack with her piko hammer she then heard Sonic rushing towards her, Amy was about to hit Sonic but somehow Sonic was able to catch her weapon before she was able to hit him he then broke her hammer into pieces and smirked and chuckled a bit. Sonic then Floated towards Amy, picked her up by the arm and told her “You’re no match for me Amy Rose, you're weak… you let that compassion get in the way of your true potential. It’s no wonder you always chase me, You wanted the same powers that I have.. well it’s far too late for that don’t you think? I suggest you run back to your little friends back at the base and tell them a new threat is on their way..”

Sonic then dropped Amy onto the ground and understanding what Sonic said to her, she got up and started running out of Mystic Jungle and just before fully leaving she saw infinite’s lifeless body on the ground without the phantom ruby on him. Amy now realizes that this is the biggest, and most dangerous threat that she and her friends that they face…

After hearing this Tails was in disbelief and shocked by this, he didn’t want to believe this, but Amy was telling tails that it was the truth and that Sonic could attack here at any moment. But tails didn’t listen so then he came up with a plan for himself, he’ll come up with a cure for Sonic in order to keep him calm long enough to safely remove the phantom ruby from Sonic.

So Tails ran up to his computer and whipped up a cure for Sonic, He then starts heading out the base but before he can fully exit the base Amy gets a hold on Tails' arm he turns his head looking at her.

Amy tries to reconsider Tails’ plan and that the cure might not even work plus on top of that he doesn’t know what he's getting himself into, Tails then yanks his arm out of Amy’s grasp he then looks at her with worried but determined expression then fully walks outside of the base in City Sunset Heights.

Tail’s start searching for Sonic all over Sunset Heights after hours upon hours of searching Tails felt as if he would never find Sonic but he didn’t want to give up, determined to help his best friend he continued searching but before he could continue he then heard a loud crash like a Building had fallen down.

But in the corner of tails eye he then spotted Sonic in the distance but he couldn’t believe his eyes everything that Amy had said was true, he then started to cry but he has to be strong… like Sonic was

He then wiped his tears away Tails then Started to fly towards City Park avenue where Sonic is, Now that tails is finally confronting Sonic and determined to help him and thinking the cure can work so that he can calm Sonic down long enough to safely take out the phantom ruby from him.

Finally arriving at City Park avenue Tails can confront Sonic he then yells out to him in order to get his attention, Sonic does indeed spots tails calling him and in an Instant his high and mighty attitude had disappeared as if he was alright but in reality he was faking it without the fox’s knowledge Sonic then floats towards tails, then he start to have a normal conversation with him tails instantly started asking questions about him and that Amy told him this crazy story about Sonic turning evil. Sonic goes on to say “ What..? No no that’s not true at all buddy! I mean you know me right? I’m not the kind of guy to just turn into some sort of bad guy..I’m the HERO!” Tails then points to the phantom ruby on Sonic’s chest, Sonic then reassures Tails that he isn’t insane or anything… right? Not really understanding how Sonic was so calm already and not out of his mind he then gave Sonic a hug because he was just so worried about him.

Sonic then gave tails a hug back but just before he can stop hugging tail’s Sonic spotted the cure and then thinking that tail’s have betrayed him he Snatched the cure without tails noticing, He then fastly grabbed tails by his chest and started flying up to towards the sky, Now with tail’s confused and fearful of his life he tried asking Sonic what’s going on,

but Sonic wouldn’t answer him with him and Sonic finally up to more than 100ft in the sky Sonic then started yelling at tails saying “ HOW COULD YOU TAILS..I THOUGHT I COULD TRUST YOU!! OUT OF ALL PEOPLE TO LEAST BETRAY ME BUT I GUESS I WAS WRONG HUH?!” He then shows the cure to tails, surprised and now scared of Sonic he tries to explain to him on why he made it but before tails can continue explaining Sonic then throws the cure away and then continues to yell at tails saying “ Y-YOUR TRYING TO “CURE” ME?! OR WAS YOUR TRUE INTENTIONS WAS TO TRY TO TAKE MY POWERS AWAY, SO THAT YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL TO YOURSELF?!”

Sonic then takes a deep Breath then he starts to talk in a calming but creepy voice “ you know… You were my best friend tails. You truly were,you were always oh so worried about me. But now that I have these new powers You don’t have to worry about me anymore…. I am no longer the weak little hedgehog that you once knew, and I can’t let you take that away from me…I’m sorry” Sonic then hesitated of dropping tails for a moment, but before he could actually do something A large red hand came out and took control making Sonic unresponsive for a few minutes the mysterious red hand tied up tails’ tails with its powers Then it dropped Tails.

In Tails last moments in life he cried a Single tear, closed his eyes and accepted his fate, While still up floating in the sky Sonic was back in control he noticed that tails was gone from his grasp then realized that he unexpectedly dropped him, with a cold expression on his face he did nothing he then turned around and floated away at the speed of light.

By the time Sonic left Tails just hit the ground unresponsive and no longer alive, hours upon hours went by. Eggman was at the time patrolling City Park avenue trying to find his enemies he then spotted an unresponsive tails on the ground, Now although he is a villain there was no way that he would do something like this… but then Eggman had a brilliant idea! so Eggman then picked up tails and Brought him back to his base and then sat him on his working table and started experimenting on him.

Dr. Robotnik then gathered Some of the Red Rings that were scattered around City Park avenue and one small piece of a phantom ruby that he found while at Mystic Jungle, He then put them on tails the red rings went on tails‘s arms and with a collar on the final red ring went on his neck. The small piece of the phantom ruby then was broken up into two even smaller pieces and placed into tails’s head and tail, once he was done he then activated a energy powered switch to be able wake up tails, and Just Like that there was a energy explosion around tails that have awoken him.

Tails was confused. How could he be alive? And how did he get to eggman's base?! Tails then spotted eggman and demanded some answers! Eggman then explained to him what he had done. Tails looked down at his hands then he looked a head in a mirror and that’s when he realized what he had become.

In raged by this, Tails tried to storm out the door but then was stopped by eggman he chuckled then he wanted to make a deal with him explaining that now he has a second chance at life with a new body, he has to bring back the actual phantom ruby and work with eggman. If not then he’ll take the smaller shards of the phantom ruby that are inside of tails and power him down for all eternity. At first Tails Was considering Not to work with eggman but after he thought about it for a bit. He then reluctantly accepted his deal.

!!EXTRA STUFF!!

Now that Tails has received a new body he now has some of the phantom ruby’s power along with red ring powers although not powerful like Sonic it’s still enough to keep up with him. The newly discovered powers are mostly defensive to tails, for instance he is able to summon a Phantom ruby cube and trap his foes and as a bonus tails can also adjust the size of the cube and add some sort of spikes to them.

Although not using this ability often he is able to make fake red rings that are actually mini bombs that can stun his foes. With the Phantom ruby’s power he is able to make Special Warps zones in order to move around due him no longer able to fly because of his tail being different and mostly glitched but if he uses this ability too often he will get weaker and would have to retreat or run on foot to eggman's base to recharge.

Tails is able to make a hardened crystallized shell out of the red rings in order to fully protect himself but if he takes more than 8 hits it will crumble and no longer protect him. The phantom ruby has a newly created power made by Dr. Eggman himself, instead of the phantom ruby making a ruby mist to teleport, it instead allows Tails to make multiple Shadow versions of himself. Lastly if critically in trouble he can then create a massive shadow avatar of himself in order to keep on fighting… seems OP right? Wrong if he uses to much energy the Red ring on his collar will crumble only leaving the two red rings that holds his arms together, if this happens a Large Phantom ruby cube will show up while tails inside recharging and non responsive once it fully appears it will automatically teleport back to Eggman's base. If bothered, Tails would be incomplete leaving him vulnerable to attacks. If taken away from eggman’s base the recharging process can not continue and he will be in a loop in the large Phantom ruby cube until he can return to eggman’s base.

It’s been awhile since I’ve uploaded here. I’ve been pretty busy with irl stuff, But I managed to make a Sonic exe (?) OC / ExeSona. Meet Corundum he’s a Sonic who have been consumed by infinite’s illusions during the events of Sonic forces. Here’s some information about them and his abilities.

During the events of Sonic forces, while Sonic was fighting infinite. Sonic was under the influence of infinite’s illusions and world warping ability as the fight against infinite began to grow more aggressive, infinite’s illusions were getting to Sonic.

Although the illusions were starting to get to him, he was determined that they wouldn't take over his mind and humanity. So like in the Zombot arc where Sonic got infected.

Sonic kept running to slow down the illusions but when several months went by he was growing restless fighting the same fight over and over again.

Sonic then slowly realizing that this fight is all an illusion and to be able to use infinite’s illusion abilities and world warping ability to try to drive Sonic into insanity.

After this acknowledgment He has started running around Metropolis to figure out a way to stop this loop, this went on for many months and when Sonic finally found a loophole it was too late for him.

He has been consumed by infinite’s illusions but not all hope is lost, soon after he went into this loophole that he has found where he was back at Mystic Jungle. Where he then sees infinite, he then sees Sonic as well infinite rushes towards Sonic to attack him but before he can make contact Sonic then Yanks out the phantom ruby out of infinite’s chest.

Infinite then soon drops on the floor without movement or a pulse. With Infinite finally dealt with and with Sonic’s mind and humanity lost, He then soon after realized no one came to his rescue when he needed it the most, he felt like his friends have betrayed him and thinking that they WANTED this to him.

With this in mind he feels the need to take revenge upon his friends and make them feel what he went through, so then Sonic has forced the phantom ruby to attach to his chest gaining it’s abilities, He then went to seek out his friends to finally get his revenge.

!!Extra Stuff!!

Now that Sonic has the phantom ruby’s abilities and the ruby itself. He’s the most powerful hedgehog in the world…right? Wrong, while he is indeed powerful there’s definitely a downside to it all.

After Sonic has taken the phantom ruby straight from infinite’s chest, not only has he gained new abilities he also now has infinite’s voice inside his head. Whenever Sonic is doing a poor job at attacking someone or destroying, Infinite will Manipulate and belittle Sonic to do a better job.

Infinite can appear as an illusion that’s from the phantom ruby power from Sonic’s chest to aid Sonic in combat. If Sonic is too injured in combat Infinite will take over Sonic’s body acting like a puppeteer and Sonic being the puppet.

If Sonic is in extreme danger or about to die, infinite can take shape around Sonic’s body to form some kind of big version of infinite but with glitches around him.

In this form he is able to warp reality and of course make illusions plus he can bring people into Null space.

Infinite can mirror people as well to match their skills in combat. Infinite has a new ability that only he can do and control, he can bring into a Mindscape to mess with people ( he can only use this if it’s the only option )

Lastly, with all these abilities that infinite shares, he can only use them for so long before Sonic loses a lot of energy. After this,

the phantom ruby that’s in Sonic’s chest will have to recharge before using it again. During the recharge infinite will not appear at all, he will only appear after the phantom ruby is fully recharged.
