In rp terms they can get pregnant with members of the own family:mothers, aunts and sisters and daughters while irl that doesn't happen i believe.
In my story lard breathing i was planning of having Shinobu date Kanao but that wouldn’t be good because of the bond of sisters this characters share

I don't mind as well since i find the relationship of sisters dating moms or aunts interesting and i tend to do rp of weight gain with incest so if we some day do a rp involving shinobu and kanao trust me that they will date, get married and shinobu will be getting pregnant
