What should I do next?
Make sure you’re staying hydrated and eat enough to maintain your weight.
That’s good general life advice, but what if I want to lose weight?
(This is not intended as advice, this is just my response to the general question.)
I’m not sure the body is really a consistent set of rules here. Your goal is to be healthy and happy, after all.
Also, there are a wide variety of ways to change weight and/or body composition, none of which are all that healthy or happy.
