Youngsters... Y'all need to support Garth Brooks...
If you were born after, or were very young in the 90s, you have no idea how huge this guy was.
Young people might not have heard much about him because he basically decided to opt out of youtube entirely. The whole time. But trust me, there was a moment that he was the biggest singer in this country.
His star fell a couple decades ago when he released an emo-ish album that was supposed to be tied to a film that was never made.
Conservatives took a look at the character on the cover & decided brooks had gone soft.
He also pissed them off when he performed for Biden.
Anyway, to the point...
The other day, he stated that his new bar would be serving Bud Light & that he wants his establishment to be a place where everybody feels safe, & that anyone who has a problem with that is an asshole & should drink elsewhere.
His bar is on the same street as Kid Rock's & other celebrities who have been choking on the red pill by ousting the brand.
For a man who once stood at the top of the country charts to publicly support Trans people with no beating around the bush is huge.
If you've never heard him, look him up. If it's been awhile, pick him back up.
His music stands up on it's own & doesn't need this to justify it, but he's basically being abandoned by his target audience for doing the right thing.
So yeah... Listen to Garth Brooks.
Yes! Please check out his song We Shall Be Free. This song, coming from one of the biggest country stars of all time, with lyrics like this??
