I think i wanna do like little sets of 3d objects for csp. You can upload several materials in one as a “material catalog” and iirc 3D objects are like max 5 per catalogue. So i could make themed sets 👀 i was first thinking of only doing things that havent yet been uploaded on the asset store but tbh the more the merrier.

Apparently the entire server team at my job are obsessed with minesweeper and its all because i sent a link to the online game to one of them like a year ago. Who knew i held such influential powers.

ive been making lots of 3d flower models in nomad sculpt today, i learned how to use repeaters which made it way easier to create rows of petals etc. I plan to like, put together a set of flower 3d objects and share it on the csp asset store once it’s all ready to go. And yes it will be free, all my clip studio resources will always be free.

i’m… i still havent made a rose model yet. I suck at drawing roses, and to absolutely no one’s surprise - they’re not easier to sculpt either. Like nomad sculpt doesnt have as many tools as blender and like, you’d be surprised how much work i have to put in just to make a petal have that classic curled edge that you see on roses - WITHOUT ending up with clipping polygons or jagged edges. But i’m sure ill manage to put together a decent rose sooner or later.

I honestly never knew who james somerton was, i did get his videos recommended to me for months but i have this thing of actively avoid videos on “bad queer content” because that can be anything from “bi ppl are transphobic” or “nb ppl are just women lite” or “cis women who read yaoi/BL are homophobes” etc. stuff that only makes me feel absolutely awful.

I legit cannot emphasize enough how relieving it is to look back at my late teens/early 20s and come to the conclusion that the things i was so fkn worried about back then has had like zero fucking impact on my life rn.

Like when i was 19 i felt ashamed for (among alot of other things ofc) not knowing what types of drinks there are or what is a good or bad wine/beer and not having this knowledge would somehow make me a loser to the ppl i hanged out with??
