GRIMTALK - Week 10

GRIMTALK is a weekly snapshot of my personal Grimoire as it progresses each week and this week on GRIMTALK is a spell to increase the love between a couple. This spell will not make someone fall in love with you. This spell is to strengthen a bond between a couple so that they can weather any hardship together.

Our Love Will Grow

To help love grow strong and last until death. This spell is perfect for couples that are considering marriage and want their relationship to last.

“If a couple wishes for their love to endure;

To remain strong, healthy and pure;

Plant a sapling of a fruit-baring tree;

And their love shall grow for eternity”

Trees:

-          Apple (Love, Good Fortune, Healing)

-          Apricot (Love, Romance, Happiness

-          Cherry (Love, Happiness)

-          Lemon (Love, Friendship, Longevity and Purification)

-          Peach (Love, Lust, Longevity and Fertility)

-          Pear (Love, Lust, Romance)

Once the sapling of the chosen fruit-baring tree has been planted by the couple, dig a moat around the base of the tree.

Grind and combine

-          Dried Rose Buds

-          Cloves

-          Cardamom Seeds

-          Dried Plums ~ Prunes

Once ground pour into a large ceramic bowl and pour in a 2 cups of whole milk or plain yogurt. Add two spoonful’s  of honey and half a cup of almond meal. Mix clockwise with a wooden spoon while pouring your love for your partner into the spell.

Then take the mixture to where the tree is planted and pour it into the moat around the base of the tree.

This was a spell I originally designed for @wiccan-elements however I tweaked the version for them a bit so that it wasn’t as permanent as this one.

Since this is Week 10 of GRIMTALK, this is the last week that I will be publishing weekly photos of my grimoire on tumblr. I have achieved my goal. I’ve created a habit to work regularly on my grimoire and I’ve gotten to share this wonderful experience with you guys!

Don’t worry, I will post pictures of my grimoire in the future but it won’t be a weekly thing. Thank you for sharing this experience with me!

When is society gonna release new superstitions

like let's start some new superstitions

"if your buffalo wings have a broken bone in them, somebody has lied to you"

"if siri stops recognizing your voice, someone has cursed you"

"if your uber gets lost on the way to you, bad luck will befall you that week"

"a speaker that keeps disconnecting from bluetooth, a spirit is nearby"

keep it going

“If your chip fails to read, you’ve picked up chaotic/disruptive energy.”

“If a message fails to send, your most recent prayer has fallen on deaf ears.”

“If you are given the Aux cable without asking by a new acquaintance, Good fortune will come your way.”

“Pluggin in a USB on the first try signifies that good luck will be coming your way.”

Witchcraft 101: The Masterpost of Masterposts

Having had my blog since the emergence of witchblr, the majority of my asks are from beginning witches looking for where to start. I struggle to respond to such asks, so I wanted to make a fat masterpost of everything I as a beginner wanted to know, as well as some personal advice and FAQ. I think this masterpost is useful for old witches as well, since we all need to brush up and be reminded of things here and then.

This post will be split up into 2 parts–permalinked resources and my personal, written out answers to questions. Much love!

You can’t define who is a witch and who is not

  • The witch that goes all out and does intense ritual work and magick everyday, is a witch.
  • The witch whom only does magick in emergencies or once in a blue moon, is a witch.
  • The witch who quietly whispers their spells and uses only their mind to manipulate energy, is a witch
  • A witch who knows everything there is to know on a witchcraft topic but never does spell work or magick themselves, is a witch.
  • A witch who knows nothing about witchcraft and hasn’t done magick yet but wants to, is a witch
  • The witch that does witchcraft everyday without knowing it, is a witch…Or just a person if they don’t desire the title. (And that’s ok!)
  • The witch who curses when wronged, is a witch
  • The witch who doesn’t believe in cursing, is a witch
  • The witch who follows a religious path, is a witch
  • The witch who follows no religion, is a witch
  • The witch that worships Gods, is a witch
  • The witch whom worships no one, is a witch
  • A witch that follows a group or coven, is a witch
  • A witch whom is solitary, is a witch
  • The witch that follows a specific way of witchcraft, is a witch
  • A witch that just does whatever they feel like and has no specific craft, is a witch
  • A witch that can’t do certain witchcraft because of a disability, is a witch
  • A witch who is old and wise with years of age on her skin, is a witch
  • A witch who is young and naive about the world and her craft, is a witch
  • A person with a penis whom calls themselves a witch instead of wizard, is a witch
  • A witch that loves sex and celebrates the creation of life through sex, is a witch
  • A witch whom isn’t sexual and values life without the creation process, is a witch
  • A witch that is broke and can’t afford to buy witchy thing for their craft, is a witch
  • A witch on a more negative or forceful path, is a witch
  • A witch on a passive or positive path, is a witch
  • The witch that wears all black and whom everyone already suspects is a witch, is a witch
  • So is the one wearing pink and flower crowns, they are also a witch
  • A witch, is a witch, is a witch.

Blood, age, color, background, knowledge, gender, or skill level means nothing.

You cannot define witchcraft or a witch. One person’s ‘imagination’ is another persons magick. One person’s ‘prayer’ is another persons invoking ritual. A person wishing upon a shooting star or making a wish on a dandelion is one persons hope and wishful thinking and another persons will to make something happen.

Know this. Remember this. Respect this.

10 Things that can Wreck your Life

1. Not living in the moment. Always wishing you were somewhere else, doing something different with other people.

2. Blaming your problems on your past. Although the past affects us, it need not define us. We can choose, decide and act – and take control of our lives. Don’t let your past heartache and pain affect who you become.

3. Running away from problems. It’s pointless to bury your head in the sand and pretend that things are fine when you’re dealing with a problem. Face reality, take action and work to turn things round.

4. Being ungrateful. Being thankful sets you free in your heart and mind. It inspires all that’s good and, also, oils relationships. But an ungrateful person will wear others down. It destroys your spirit, and it saps your energy.

5. Being angry and bitter. Refusing to forgive and bearing grudges against others will slowly poison our personality. It’s much better to release them and to focus, instead, on living a happy and fulfilling life.

6. Letting your expectations rule your life. Life rarely goes smoothly and according to plan – and people disappoint us and let us down. Accepting this is normal takes some tension out of life.

7. Disrespecting yourself and others. Every single person deserves respect, and every single person is fighting their own battle. So focus on being kind, understanding and forgiving.

8. Neglecting important relationship. A relationship that’s built on unconditional love – where a person accepts us for who and what we are – is truly a gift and is worth fighting for. Don’t take it for granted – recognise that it’s a gift.

9. Loving people who are bad for us. Not every person will build into your life. Be aware of those who who’ll use you, or who want to bring you down, or who want to hurt you, or destroy your confidence.

10. Never taking risks. If you always play it safe, you’ll find you end up going nowhere. You must be ready and willing to take risks. If you don’t, you may regret it as you’ll miss so much in life.
