Creative Commons License for Flamingo Scratch Content

Hello everyone,

This is just a post to announce that as a precaution, I have officially licensed everything I will and already have created and posted here under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License. This license is of international jurisdiction. The Creative Commons license I have allows you to share/reblog my work (with due credit), but prohibits commercial use of my work and derivations of my work without my prior consent.

Though I may use popular or common icons and ideas in some of my artworks (which I do not claim copyright to), whatever physically appears on this page are still my creative interpretations and are therefore my intellectual/creative property.

A lot of stealing has been happening to friends and co-artists, no matter how simple or elaborate their works are. Watermarks alone can't even save anyone anymore. I can only hope hard that people would practice a little more discretion before considering stealing and profiting off of the work of others.

Okay I think I should stop it with the Jon Snow art now. He's not even a favorite character of mine in Game Of Thrones! It's just, I always felt so bad for his character whenever his virginity and sexuality were being challenged - to the point where eskimo chicks and chubby guys make him feel awkward. He talks about seeing the redhead prostitute naked once, but I never read the books so that could be BS for all I know. He's usually very meek about it but this is how I see his inner self actually reacting. Ladies and gentlemen, sexually frustrated and defensive Jon Snow. (His lines here were taken verbatim from the TV show LOL)

I've recently (and finally) decided to leave my last job for a new one. But thanks to some sad little personmeat, I'm guessing the new job is not really going to work out. Though on the brighter side of things, I have had the chance to put together some work experience to lug around so I am now taking some time deciding what to do next. My friend Lala and I have been thinking about options such as looking for a year job or something somewhere out of the country. We were both thinking about Singapore so we could probably check out a lot of art school possibilities there as well if we could muster up the funds.

Thing is, we're both so ready to just go at it. We're ready to go out and experience new things and look for fulfilling stuff to do! So what's stopping these fluffy sloths!? The heart-wrenching thought of leaving our pets behind; me with my hamsters and her with her cats.

I really have nothing more to say on the matter. Based on priority levels: maybe we just don't deserve these horizons. HAHAHahaaahhhh~ damn.

STAHP IT BEANS

Almost two months ago, I purchased my two hamster roommates from the pet place. One was named Malcolm Reynolds, while the other one was Beans. Malcolm (or Mal - if the name rings a bell: yes, it's that Malcolm) was an average sized baby hamster, chosen on the basis of him being smart. True enough, he has escaped the hamster ball on two occasions now, and he always ran back to me. Beans however, was chosen for both his high energy and his incredible tinyness. Of all the runts of the litter, he was the runt.

I thought he was always going to be Mal's little cousin while they grew up together. The pet store guy mentioned that the two of them were around the same age. As the weeks progressed, Mal grew into a very fit looking, average sized macho hamster. Beans grew into this GINORMOUS fluffy ball of doom fat. I can definitely say that he is now bigger than all the adult Cambells Dwarf hamsters I've ever seen. Hell, he's grown into the size of a juvenile Syrian (aka Teddy Bear) hamster.

I have no idea what made him grow so big after being the miniest of minis. It's like that duckling story except without the sexy bird ending. I have looked into it and found that he is not unhealthy at his state as he is still a ball of energy (more so than Mal). What I find adorbs is just the fact that when they wrestle, Beans is always the underdog.

Oh, and when they wrestle, Mal looks like he's bouncing on a fluffy bed LOL

I bought this moustache necklace thing that my dad couldn't seem to understand. I illustrated it in the simplest way possible. Oh yes, did this while walking with him in public too. I bet he wonders how he produced offspring like me. :>

Thought I'd just get this out of the way. This was the first comic doodle post I did in this style. This was when I decided doodling stuff that happens would be way better than putting them up as status messages. Thanks for the love, guys. <3

I think this happened around early last year. My boyfriend got me following John Green on YouTube via the Vlogbrothers channel. I learned about his published books through that as well and I got hella interested, so I went to bookstores around here looking for them. I had no luck finding them because for some reason they didn't stock them here at the time. The last bookstore I visited to ask about it was the most memorable one. I just gave up on my search after getting this answer. Haha! She basically sent me daughters when I asked for sons (dangit I still sang it in my head). Her suggestion's helpfulness was directly proportional to its funnyness. I liked how nice she was about it anyway. I was grateful for her desire to help and for the unintenional lols. c:

On a side note, I am glad that all his books are finally available in local bookstores, thanks to his rapid rise in international fame through his most recent book release: The Fault In Our Stars. Brilliant book. I suggest you all check it out sometime.

Did this one awhile back. Backstory: When 50 Shades Of Grey by E.L. James first started getting famous, I decided to read up on where the book came from instead of what the book was actually about. I expected something like Twilight but with more wet panties and bad characterization. I didn't think to add in anal beads and spreader bars into the equation.

This is what I get for not reading the synopsis. *facepalm*
