Solitude is your path of personal independence -

Being alone makes me really happy its like my special place where i can be myself and feel good i don't feel the need for another person to take responsibility for my happiness and emotional needs and i don't really want somebody in the phase i am in i can think and be creative without any interruptions it's like a peaceful break from everything else

Being alone helps me find peace in simple things like reading or walking outside these moments refresh me and make me feel more creative. Being alone also helps me understand myself better now I can think deeply about my feelings and thoughts which helps me grow as a person indeed.

Solitude is a phase that teaches you how to handle your emotions and bad days without relying on someone else. It actually teaches you how to live without depending on others and without ranting about your problems to them

And i want to message those people who constantly seek emotional support from everyone and keep crying that they need someone i feel they need to work on themselves or they have to accept the situation and think about what they can do themselves..instead of constantly seeking attention. Seeking attention all the time makes you mentally weak remember that. I feel that they should question themselves "Why do i need someone else am i not enough?"

Being alone doesn't mean staying comfortable It's about finding strength and discovering who you are ...it's about facing challenges, overcoming fears, and becoming stronger ..when you're alone you have the power to chase your dreams and conquer obstacles so don't think it's not brave to be alone it actually shows how strong and determined you really are.

Solitude makes you quickly observe things around you apart from the world of social media. If you begin on a journey of self discovery and learn to be with yourself ...you won't feel the need for others as much. This journey is very difficult I'm not saying that it's easy lol no!! especially for those who can't live without relying on others but if you want your future self to thank you then don't hesitate just start today . Because today's generation is busy distracting people but we need to bring self control. If you want to understand yourself better.

It took me three years to get in this habit and now i don't need anyone. I don't like to share my problems with anyone because i don't feel it's necessary. I have made myself mentally strong to the point where i don't feel the need for a second person

Last Note :

And if you guys have any questions or anything to ask related to this don't hesitate you can ask me freely :) thanks for giving your time

I have a self discovery questions sheets so that you can guys know yourself better if you want that Dm me 🎀

HOW TO BE A MORNING PERSON !?

Becoming a morning person often involves gradually adjusting your routine and mindset. Here are some tips to help you become a morning person:

1. Establish a consistent sleep schedule: Aim to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends.

2. Create a calming bedtime routine: Wind down before bed with activities like reading, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation techniques.

3. Limit screen time before bed: Avoid screens such as smartphones, tablets, and computers at least an hour before bedtime, as the blue light can interfere with your sleep.

4. Avoid caffeine and heavy meals late in the day: Stimulants and large meals close to bedtime can disrupt your sleep patterns.

5. Get plenty of sunlight during the day: Exposure to natural light helps regulate your body's internal clock and can improve your sleep quality.

6. Exercise regularly: Engaging in regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and enjoy deeper sleep.

7. Gradually adjust your wake-up time: If you're used to waking up later, gradually set your alarm clock earlier by 15-30 minutes each day until you reach your desired wake-up time.

8. Have a motivating reason to wake up early: Whether it's starting your day with a favorite activity or setting goals to accomplish in the morning, having something to look forward to can make waking up early more appealing (skincare,workout,walk...)

9. Practice gratitude: Start your day with a positive mindset by reflecting on things you're grateful for, which can help set a positive tone for the day ahead.

10. Be patient with yourself: It may take some time for your body to adjust to a new sleep schedule, so be patient and consistent with your efforts.

activities to improve your life

(in no way do you have to do these or all of them in order to improve, these ade just little things to do to help you feel good about yourself <3)

- go on walks outside, or just get outside in someway. in the summers my boyfriend and I would walk a couple blocks to get a snowcone. now that's its spring I walk to the gas station near by to pick up energy drink for my boyfriend (spring semester)

- wake up earlier, now this one is important to me because I am a huge morning person and so is everyone in my family. but some people aren't naturally morning people. so dont feel like im saying wake up at 5am. I more mean wake up with enough time to enjoy your morning and look forward to the day, you don't want to rush to get ready

- drink an appropriate amount of water, I personally aim for about 60oz now, which I don't hot everyday, but when I first started trying to drink more water I started out with 20oz because I just wasn't drinking water. so don't push yourself because you'll only hate the water rather than appreciate what it can do for you

- journal every day. I normally don't journal about my day until the next morning as I reflect on the previous day, because I don't want the day to "end" before it's actually over. but I try to write reviews about episodes of the shows i like or take notes over my audiobooks and try to think about why I like/dislike them. I find that this helps me so that whenever I start getting emotionally overwhelmed to slow down and put into words what's wrong rather than just being overwhelmed

- working out to feel good rather than look good. I've had a terrible relationship with my body most of my life and so by working out to feel good i have different goals and schedules i followed than when I was trying to lose weight, and it's helping like my body even if it's not changing how it looks. I try to exercise at least 3 days a week, but if I don't feel good enough to i don't force myself (the walks outside are exercise too, so thats also helping me feel good even if I eat a snowcone immediately afterwards ^^)

- positive affirmations. I really struggle with this one, but I have a widget on my phone that rotates through different ones and im liking the ones that are good and at the end of the week in my journal I wrote them all out.

- look for long lasting happiness over short term happiness. this one is a lot harder i just wanted to add it on the end because sometimes I put off doing something I know will make me happy in the end because of short term gratification. I normally feal with this by letting them merge if I can (so like everything shower tiktoks while I get ready for my shower)

efficient study methods

🐰 ˚. episode 3 ᵎᵎ of “𓍼ִֶָ The Little Study Guide”

𓂃 masterlist ⊹ . ♡ ۫ .

[💌] hi loves! 💓 today’s blog is about different study techniques! I decided to classify them into two different categories; “test yourself! - active recall” and “study profoundly! - effective studying”. i hope these study methods are helpful for you! <3

SECTION ONE | TEST YOUSELF! ACTIVE RECALL

-             BLURTING METHOD

The blurting method is a revision technique using active recall. It can be applied in different ways, for example by reading a section of notes and writing down as much information as you remember without looking at the text, or can be used to practice spaced repetition by writing down everything you remember about a certain subject.

When you test yourself over and over again you’re learning in an active way, thus making your strong recall muscle work harder, which you activate when you use this method, making it effective.

The most important thing about blurting is that you’re challenging yourself to think harder. By doing that you will retain information for a longer period of time.

STEPS:

  1. Make sure you thoroughly understand the material and subject.
  2. Take a piece of paper and write down everything you remember.
  3. Mark your work. Write down everything you forgot. I highly recommend doing this in another color. Always pay attention to detail and highlight the information you missed so you know what you need to focus on.
  4. Attentively go through the material again and try to remember as much as possible. Pay attention to things you’re more likely to get wrong (again).
  5. Keep doing it until you feel like you remember everything.
🎀 The blurting method is a really profound studying method so remember to take breaks!

-             QUESTION BLANK METHOD (FLASHCARDS)

The question blank method is a study technique where you cover up the answers or key information in your notes or study material, leaving blanks that you can fill in as you test yourself or review the material.

This method helps you actively engage with the content and test your knowledge. Since you use active recall, this method helps you reinforce your memory.

STEPS:

  1. Read one paragraph of a chapter and turn as much as you can of it into questions. Do the same thing for the entire chapter.
  2. Cover up the key terms or answers in your notes and try to recall them without peeking.
  3. Additionally, you can create flashcards with the questions on one side and the answers on the other, covering the answers as you quiz yourself.

building my rebrand

getting my money right

one of my main goals right now is to get my money right and save as much as i can. here are some things i am focusing on:

  • getting a job with lots of opportunity for growth
  • picking up as many shifts as i can
  • trying savings challenges on pay days
  • spread out spending on wants; want something for at least 2 weeks before considering buying
  • meal plan and buy groceries for those meals rather than buying random things
  • fill gas tank full when possible rather than filling a little at a time

sleep schedule

my sleep schedule has been off for a little while now due to stress and sickness, so i am focusing on going to sleep at a reasonable hour and around the same time every night and waking up at a reasonable hour and around the same time every morning.

healthy body, healthy mind

taking care of the physical body helps not only your physical health and wellness, but the mental as well. here are some ways i am working to take better care of my body:

  • some form of exercise per day, even if it’s just stretching
  • stay mindful of the nutrients in your food, including vitamins, protein, sugar, and fat
  • stay mindful of water intake and try to drink as much as possible
  • when sitting or lying down, do not stay in one position for too long. shift and move around regularly.

taking care of your looks

while this may be a bit controversial, it’s important to take care of your appearance, even if it’s in your own way. not only will you make a good impression on others, but you will feel more positive and confident about yourself. some ways i am doing this are:

  • researching good skincare products and staying consistent with a skincare routine
  • hair oiling at least once a week
  • avoid super oily or sugary foods
  • again, stay hydrated!
  • strength training and cardio
  • if you wear makeup, make an effort to find the best style for your face shape
  • know your body shape and undertones and how to dress accordingly

mindset

arguably the most important part! your mindset is everything, as having a negative mindset can ruin even the best experiences for you. constantly reminding yourself of your power and worth among other things is crucial for everything else to fall into place.

change your life ✨️

feel free to join me in this. I'm going to try to post every day about how I did <3

- get at least 7 consecutive hours of sleep. I've found if I go to sleep and then wake up back for a couple hours and then finish the 8 hours I feel I incredibly unrested. I keep myself accountable by using pokemon sleep which has a great alarm, so I'm looking forward to trying this instead

- read or listen to an audiobook for 30 minutes. literacy is a muscle, and using it is important, but sometimes I can't just sit down and read a book, and audiobooks are great for when I'm cleaning or cooking or folding laundry

- get sun daily. humans are a lot more like plants than you would think and so it is important to get some sun, even when it's a wintery sun that's cold or when it's a blazing furnace. Since I have some mental health issues and am unable to go outside im going to at least open my curtains, and if possible, crack a window to get some fresh air

- start a hobby you can enjoy. this one can be difficult because a lot of things require some sort of financial investment. for me, my hobbies for these six months is going to be writing and annotating books. but being creative is great for the human mind.

- learn to be comfortable alone. honestly this one will be difficult. personally, I live in a studio. privacy is nothing i experience, butthe little moments where you find yourself escaping with TV playing or music pause it and sit with yourself, how else can you learn to love someone if you avoid them 🥰

- meditate daily. this will be something I struggle with so much, but I'm going to try in the mornings since that's my peak time <3 and that's when I plan on doing a yoga flow during the sunrise

- eat healthy nutritious food. I hate cooking and I hate eating. having autism can make these really difficult for me to do, but I'm really really trying. I started the week before last to work on figuring out what snack foods I can prep, and now i just need to work on planning out some meals.

- positive affirmations everyday. I really struggle to have positive self talk because it feels so awkward and uncomfortable because I've been pessimistic for so long, but I want to change that ^^

- reduce screen time. this is going to be specifically targetting mindless scrolling for me. I have a tiktok account that I use for motivation, same with my tumblr account, and I also read on my phone and use my sleep app that I need to keep open at night.

- practice gratitude. my goal is to at night reflect on the day to try and find the good. I already reflect on my days and pick a mood, but I want to create lists of things i am grateful for, especially while I'm in between jobs.
