I'm Rachel, and I do things on the internet. @Razmatini on Twitter\Insta. She\her\hers. Look up "A Queer History of the United States" for more info on gay cowboys.

Yvie Oddly's pink ball look from AS7 literally took my breath away holy fuck!!!!!!

my dad will sometimes come over and do stuff around my house, which is fine because i don't know what the fuck i'm doing mostly. but one time he planted some flowers by my door without asking me if i wanted them, and then yesterday he kinda scolded me for not watering them. which, if that's not a perfect metaphor for my relationship with my parents, idk what is.

oh, there's another detail to add—

since i moved in, all i've been asking for is a flap for my pets to get out to the back yard. but what did i get? flowers. i may be getting bit to hell by all the bugs that get in while i have the door open for my cat, but at least i have another chore to do!!

never mind

I should make another comic about blocking people for being even mildly annoying and how good that is for your mental health.

Yeah. That’s the way to go through life… segregating yourself from anyone, any idea that you react towards emotionally.

“Practice intolerance of others, every day, to prove how bad they are.”

Congratulations on being mildly annoying and also blocked.

people who call manual labor boring CLEARLY havent considered the advantages of mindlessly operating a vibrating machine for hours every day

JESUS FUCKING CRHIST I FORGOT MY PPE

not to be Class of 2013 on main but mom, can you wash my back this once and then we can forget and i'll leave what i'm chasing for the other girls to pursue

it's okay to say "this thing i liked as a kid doesn't hold up to me as an adult" but it's also okay to say "this thing i like as a kid isn't as fun for me as an adult but i understand why my childhood self liked it"

For reference, the federal minimum wage would have you earning roughly on average $1,256.66 a month

It’s recommended your rent only be 30% of your total budget, so with an average monthly rent of $1,827 that would mean your average renter’s monthly income should ideally be $6,090

That would be roughly $35.13 hourly or $73,080 annually

However, the average renter’s household income is only $42,500 annually or $20.43 hourly (as of 2019 according to the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey)

This means either rent prices are too unsustainably high and price gouging or wages are too unsustainably low and predatory

Or both

(Hint: it’s both)

not to mention the maximum amount of money a person can make on disability is just under 800$ a month. 800. not 1k but 800$. u will 100% need assistance to afford rent anywhere. and the amount only goes down the more roommates u have. u cannot afford to live anywhere in the country on disability alone. and if u try to earn more money by working u lose funds from ur disability. the more u work the less disability u have the more u need to work etc. its beyond predatory its impossible to live in this country

is there a book out there that's like... the femme equivalent of Stone Butch Blues? because i would really like to read that kind of book.

like, what i'm asking is, are there any narrative accounts of queer life in that era of American history from a femme woman's point of view?

three of the queens on AS6 did tiled photos of themselves on their pop art look but Ginger was the only one who did the back of her head on the back of her dress and we need to talk about that!! that was so good!!
