i have like 1 good angle i’m honestly terrified of what people see in person when i’m 3 dimensional and can’t control which side they see me from like…. i don’t know her but i’m sure she ain’t cute

Start small.

And by starting small I mean s t a r t s m a l l. I mean do one sit up. Or one push-up. Or one squat. What does it even mean, to do one of those exercises (if you’re able to do it, of course)? It will take you somewhere between five and thirty seconds of your day. It’s literally nothing. But it’s a start. Who cares that you last with your ‘I will eat clean’ resolutions until dinner, and then you eat a burger and follow it by a donut? Eat just a healthy breakfast. Seems doable, doesn’t it? When you master doing that one sit-up, next time you can do two. And other time you can do five. And, you won’t even blink before you can do twenty sit-ups. When you master having that healthy breakfast, everyday, work onto having a healthy snack. Then a healthy lunch. Then some healthy dinner. And then, one day, boom! You did half hour of solid workout and you were eating healthy for the whole day.

HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS THAT WORK FAST -

For those of you who want to recover but still wanna loose weight.

So, Im gonna start off by saying that those tips have worked on me and I use them on a daily basis. If you still wanna loose weight but are tired of being unhealthy/unenergized and being hungry all of the time those tips are for you. And if you want to recover those tips are also for you!

  • 1- Go on youtube and type “What I eat in a day”. There are millions of videos from ballerinas to models to football players to intuitive eaters..... The list goes on and on. Watch something that interests you. They help me a lot with inspiration for food ideas and lifestyle tips too.

  • 2- Drink water. I cannot stress this enough. It will clear your skin and your body from the insides. Water is fundamental.

  • 3- Kombuchas. I loooove kombuchas. They are low in calories (26 calories per bottle) and they are really good for you. They are full of probiotics which will help to keep your gut healthy and improve your digestion, inflammation and help with weight loss. They are also full of antioxidants and have almost the same effect of green tea. So yeah, it’s better than the diet coke you’ve been drinking.

  • 4- Work on your taste buds. I used to crave candy all the time and when I turned plant based I had to cut all of it out of my diet because most of them had dairy, gelatine or eggs in it. So I started to eat fruits. After a while the only thing I was craving was fruits, which contains a natural sugar that’s GOOD for you. It’ll give you lots of energy and also make you feel good from the inside out. YOU WILL GLOW FROM THIS I PROMISE.
  • 5- Food combining. Search it. Learn it. Try it. If you feel good, LIVE BY IT! I swear it’s the best thing. No more bloating. (Just a reminder here that if you’re recovering it’s completely normal for you to get bloated because you’re body is adjusting. I got bloated too. Everyone in recovery did. It gets better.)

  • 6- Start going to the gym when you can and have fun there. Search different workouts so you wont get sick of the same workout everyday. Try Chloe Ting’s workouts on youtube! They’re super fun and you can see results in like a week! You’re welcome.

  • 7- Don’t restrict. This is as important as drinking water. A restrictive diet WILL make you binge. Allow yourself to snack and to go out with friends and have fun around food. Aren’t you tired of thinking about food 24/7? Just allow yourself. Set yourself free from your eating disorder. It is not you. You are you. Have fun. Learn new dishes and cook for your family/friends or for yourself. You know what would make you feel better? Prepare a fancy meal for yourself, choose a good childhood movie, do a face mask, drink a kombucha and enjoy.

  • 8- If you’re still afraid of eating snacks, buy mini carrots and hummus! It’s one of my favorites. Healthy, won’t make you gain weight and will keep you full.

  • 9- STOP following people on social media that makes you doubt your whole life. Live by YOU. Your expectations, your standards and your choices. Cut that toxic sh*t OUT!

  • 10- When you’re eating just eat. Don’t watch movies, tv shows while eating. Live in the moment. Feel all of the feelings. Make it a moment for yourself. Consider it as self care. And remember that if you fail it means you tried so it’s not failure. It’s the learning process. Takes time! Enjoy the ride. 💘
