2021 has been a collection of some of the happiest, proud, and painful moments of my life so far.

I graduated college, got my dream job, and am finally entering the chapter of my life that I’ve been dreaming of for so long.

I’ve also had my heart broken by someone who I thought I’d marry.

But in the chaos of it all I’ve begun my journey back home to myself. I’ve learned so much about myself that I refused to bring to the surface. I know now how much I can truly love a person. And I am grateful for every moment that has lead me to this very second of my life.

I honestly just want to pack my bags and go travel the world and see and explore everything possible i just want to travel the world but i want someone by my side along my journey

Communication goes a long way. If you’re busy, say it. If you’re upset, express it. If you’re late, let people know. If you’re unsure, ask. It’s so simple but so important.

I have never known a feeling so innocent but terrifying at the same time

To know that a single person has the power to obliterate the home I’ve rebuilt for myself over the years

To know that I am so vulnerable toward a human whom I have no control over

To know that your future happiness is so uncertain

But to know that loving and being loved back far outweighs these risks, that is the love I am so longing for

That is the love that I have so graciously found

That is the love that I will cherish
