this is probably an unpopular destiel opinion but i don't think cas magically knew everything about dean after pulling him out of hell. i don't think he downloaded all his memories and thoughts and feelings. i don't think he saw all of dean and thought 'i still like you.' i think he saw the worst (hell) parts of dean and thought 'i want to know more.' and every time he learned something new, he wanted more and more. he's a creature of infinite hunger. and dean is a creature who both desperately wants to be seen and who is terrified of anyone actually Knowing him. but he kept giving cas little pieces of himself until one day it was like oh shit this dude knows me better than anyone else ever has and instead of being scary, it felt a lot like relief.

so as far as I tried to gather information, it seems like that —-
1st : The Last of Us is a PSP4 video game (3D reality style video game)
2nd : Emily Swallow (Darkness actress) voice and motion capture for the “The Last of Us 2” main character Emily
-> some fan think maybe she was allowed to put some easter egg inside the video game
3rd : the letter/letter content is related to Miss Becky

4th : The Letter is discovered in an abandoned convention…discovered in the parking lot opposite of the convention

Just to add on as someone who lives and breathes TLOU universe, the year for the convention would have been 2013, that’s when the outbreak occurred in the game timeline. Also, it’s absolutely a reference to Jensen and Misha, Becky is a Supernatural fan and because of her, that note ended up in the game :) Just a cute little easter egg for other Supernatural fans.
And yes, this made the rounds originally in 2020 when Part 2 released (which is where that easter egg is from) and it ran through the fandom just as a cute little shoutout from one Supernatural fan to another :)
