You should tell him you have feelings for him! If you're not sure what to say, you should just ask them, what you are to them and maybe see if they would want to be more than friends or whatnot.

Omg I have news. I'm the girl who told you about her time at prom like a month ago, slow danced and kissed a girl and all that. Anyway. We went to another prom together as each other's dates and we're dating now!! 😊 We plan on going to the fair together this summer and a bunch of other dates!!! I'm so excited!!!
