20. which symptoms are you working on to recover?
A lot.
The easiest answer is my rage episodes. I’ve made a lot of progress with them, and I’m good at isolating myself and not saying things that will have major consequences for me. They’re still physically distressing though, and can ruin my day, so I’m working on reducing their severity.
I guess a more honest answer would be I’m trying to be less judgmental of my partner. I’m not sure how much my negative thoughts about them impact our relationship, but it is probably something I should work on more.
