Tonight I almost fist fought two of my sisters. Asked for everyone to calm down. Ended up yelling and screaming myself out of anger. Fell on my nephew from being held back. Gave my mother complete anxiety and discomfort. I am disgusted with all of my sisters (as well as myself) actions and cannot believe there was no civility amongst us. I’m hurt and am having a rough time calibrating my thoughts and emotions about myself and my family.
