There's always been something about the ocean that terrifies me to my core but yet it is so beautiful I cannot look away. It's similar to the way I felt about a man I once loved, his presence was strong and his silence was the loudest thing I've ever heard. Much like the waves that wash up on these rocks, peaceful yet deafening. I would sit and stare at him in awe and wonder how can something so beautiful, be so destructive??
