Chess Isn’t Always Competitive. Chess can also be beautiful. It was the board I noticed first. It’s an entire world of just 64 squares. I feel safe in it. I can control it I can dominate it. And it’s predictable, so if I get hurt, I only have myself to blame.

Anonymous asked:

hii, how did you created the 'sober' effect in your melodrama font pack post?

Hi Anon! Thanks for the ask! I assume you mean the gradient from this post to create this effect:

Lucky for you, it’s simple to achieve and works on any version of Adobe Photoshop. For this tutorial I’m using Photoshop 2021.

I know I always make GIMP tutorials but this time, it’s going to be a Photoshop one! This is a really cool effect to make for your gif edits and you don’t even need to use any layer masks whatsoever!! I feel like a lot of people don’t know about this feature on PS and I’m just super excited to share it with you all!!

Things you need:

  • Photoshop
  • A clip you want to gif that has a plain background, preferably very much lighter or darker than the subject
  • How to make gifs on Photoshop using timeline

Icon Tutorial

Anon asked me for an icon tutorial, specifically for this icon:

I am using Windows and Photoshop CC 1. finding pictures 2. cutting out 3. resizing and placing 4. coloring 5. gradient and sharpen

Adding Video/Photo Textures to Gifs
In this tutorial, you will learn how to add photo and/or video textures on your gifs using the Video Timeline method which is easier and faster than the Frame Animation method.
This tutorial also doubles as a VHS gif effect tutorial :)

Please like/reblog if this has helped you and feel free to send an ask for any questions and concerns! ♥︎
