Some tumblr tips for artists

• only the first five tags are serchable so make um count.

•Some of the most popular art related tags are #art, #illustration, #design, and #artists on tumblr.

• If you put a link in your post it won’t appear in serch results

• The best time to post seems to be from around 8pm to midnight east coast time

• socialize with other artists. Comments and asks are appreciated by a lot of us, and being friendly will encourage others to check out your stuff

Things I can remember from the Pittsburgh Ritual…

🐭-“Do you know how to do the shuffle in Pittsburgh?" 

*fans yells something* "What?”

“Ahh… The Pittsburgh Polka” (…oh no.)

🐭-Beautiful blonde girl getting Ciriced in front row, Copia kissing her hand (me cheering from the nosebleed seats).

🐭-*fans all yelling things at him* “I can’t hear shit, I have shit in my ears.”

🐭-Copia now points at the mic stand, non-verbally telling it to stay, every time it nearly falls at the beginning of the second verse of “Stand By Him”

🐭-*some comment about Utility Ghoul having three legs*

🐭-*Utility Ghoul also has a pedestal fan behind him??*

🐭-*mentions the word ‘package’*

“…well we all know there’s really only one package” *grabs crotch*

🐭-*COMPLETELY messed up the lyrics in Year Zero’s first verse, did second verse half way through, and ended up just going, “dah dah dah dah dah” on beat.

🐭-*mummy bucks still falling* “You do know they are not real, right? They are not worth shit.”

🐭-*Copia going on about something… pauses*

“… sorry I had a hair in my mouth”

🐭-“give it up, for ghoOooOull~”

🐭-*skips over Water, the bassist, when introducing everyone. “And that’s it." 

*crowd reacts*

”…oh yeah.“

🐭-*band walks off stage before Monstrance, cheering begins, Copia walks back out after awhile*

"What? What do you want? …It’s over…. Go to a bar or something…You want another song? Wellllllll, I don’t know if we know any…”

*crowd boos*

“You are not booing me.”

*shhing everyone and begins female orgasm monologue*

🐭-“So by the time we are rolling out our buses you’ll be at home 'uhh-uhhaa~’ ” (it was an adorable, sniveling, rat-like orgasm noise complete with trembling body movements)

Bootleggers already out there stealing people’s stuff.

@yukkeart is incredible, works hard on their beautiful art and is kind enough to share it with everyone and this is what people do. They did NOT give permission for this to be used. Art thieves are literally the worst. Do not give these people your money and let them bank on the hard work and care of others.

No matter how tempting it is.

I know it is impossible to stop completely but at least make a conscious effort to try and help make a difference.
