Papercraft Amir from A Bride's Story! I made her in papercraft ages and ages ago, so it was fun to look through my (now-much-larger) pattern collection and see what new papers I could use this time around. So many vibrant reds! So many pretty silvers!

NUMEL - WATER/FIRE

They live in herds in hot water springs, shielded from predators. They have a transparent lower eyelid that allows them to see while protecting their eye from the steam.

CAMERUPT - WATER/FIRE

While normally calm, if provoked boiling steam erupts from its back that can cook in egg in a quarter-second. It seems shy about exposing its true eyes.

Papercraft commission of Genis and Mithos from Tales of Symphonia! The client requested that the space between them be an important part of the composition, which seemed fitting for these two. The distance... but Genis still reaching across the space... and Mithos glancing back but still moving away... augh ;o;

Aside from the composition, I was also really excited about Mithos's wings! They're made from different colors of holographic paper and they shimmer beautifully.
