Definitely in my early 20s. probably 21 or 23.
when i was post op after top surgery i had a good friend there with me to help recover. but the nurse didnt get the memo and when i woke up she was like “ok i’m gonna go get your girlfriend and bring her in to see you!” and i remember being so zonked on anesthesia and so disoriented i just laid there thinking wow…… all that an they’re bringing me a girlfriend too this place is amazing

I was so desperate for work I ended up back at a fast food place, working in the Drive Thru, and some dickhead cut the line and was belligerent with the staff and stormed into the store and started threatening us, and I said "I am uncomfortable and threatened, please back away or I will defend myself" two times and then I kicked him in the nuts, and then when the cops came I got arrested bc this dude pulled a Karen, and the rest of the dream was me in court trying to prove both my actions were justified in self-defense and that this dude was in the wrong
....I don't know, it's never happened. That said, I don't think I'd be on board with that one.

So here's the thing,
The power cord to my desktop decided it didn't want to work anymore. That's extraordinarily bad because I did all my podcast work from there. Can't access my art assets, the voice-overs for previous episodes, nada. That last one is bad because I was going to re-mix a couple of the early episodes to have the intro and outro music I've made standard for the podcast.
Plus, my music library on my desktop is a little bit better organized than on my laptop, which is gonna give my ability to do radio shows a charlie horse (but at least it's not a total kneecapping, right?)
If you can squeeze a couple bucks my way to help cover the costs of a new cord, that'd be great. Any extra will go directly into other expenses like food.
