Flowers of Elliott Bay : drawings of real plants I found on the Seattle waterfront, printed out on vinyl and installed in a vacant storefront.
It will be up at 1523 3rd Ave near Pike Place for a few months, possibly longer.

the cafe was full, so we sat outside and looked in. I love drawing people especially faces, missed this a lot during the early pandemic days

acrylic painting of the chicken that lived on my street for like 9 months in 2021 🥲she lived next to the car wash, across from a chicken restaurant. no one knew where she came from but ppl on my block took care of her. eventually a kind neighbor caught her after much difficulty and brought her to a farm in the cascade mountains where she can run free in the fields.
seeing her out on the sidewalks and being unabashedly FREE brought me joy in a personally terrible year. this chicken DGAF. <3
