people who know that words won’t change the fact that you’re sad so they sit quietly and be sad with you
people who send memes to you when you’re sad to cheer you up
people who understand you need your space and time to be alone
Sometimes I drink too much vodka or eat 3 servings of macaroni and cheese in one sitting, but by far the most unhealthy habit I have is comparing myself to others.
