He’s visiting Hawkins for a while with his model best friend Heather to see Max, and Steve Harrington, who he realises now that he has a huge crush on. Steve is working with Robin at Scoops Ahoy and taking care of his kids (as Steve does). Steve has been in love with Billy Hargrove since his laid eyes on him.
