One thing I really love about Taylor is that she’s so open about her love of “girly” things. She always talks about how she loves sparkles and glitter and ball gowns and fairytales and that’s so rare because normally people try and hide that they like those things because they feel ashamed. There’s this idea that if you like girly things then you aren’t someone to be taken seriously so people lie or cover up their enjoyment to seem cool or be taken seriously. Taylor never does that. She never filters what she loves whether it be sparkles and glitter or cats. She embraces the things she loves even if it means people will label her as a “crazy cat lady” or “childish” and I think that’s so brave because you know… you are what you love
