Listen guys, while everyone is praising pavel (AS THEY SHOULD), I am here to praise Pooh a little bit even though he was technically not there the whole episode. The way Pooh works with subtlety is INSANE. The moment before the race, the argument scene, you could here the mild panic in his voice and the urgency of it all, the way he called out for Alan to just somehow stop babe, and when everyone questioned why he didn't want babe on track, he tried his best to answer but unfortunately can't say shit, BUT then babe's words and he realises he has hurt babe and immediately his voice goes soft and he tries to talk to him even before the race starts he tries to talk but gets ignored, THE PANIC IN HIS VOICE, so subtle but noticable when he tells jeff why babe decided to be stubborn that day. Then during the race, my fav part, he lets babe run past and win, but most importantly he had his eyes on babe and WAITED for him to cross and go beyond the line, to overtake him, and THEN he crashes the car. It's so important 'cause even in those moments, Charlie made sure Babe was safe and sound.

Pavel just shared that this was the hardest monologue in his life. Pavel is a PHENOMENAL ACTOR i was nonstop crying throughout. The acting here was so real that the despair and regret FELT. And then him asking charile if he could keep the gloves since that's all he has left of him to remember by🥺.I really hope pavel truly receives awards for his performance cause the fact that he almost quit acting is crazy to me. THIS U DON'T GET ALL THE TIME!! even if he doesn't, i will continuously praise him cause he's got do much ambition in him to prove himself as an actor and taken seriously😭

Grief, real grief for a loved one looks different for everyone but as far as I know, for someone truly loved, it's not just ugly crying, it's wave after wave that twists you up and makes your tears run over again. It's a kind of crying that doesn't come from your brain but deep inside where they made you.

Charlie changed Babe. His very heart is crying for him. Wordlessness made visible. There are few actors/characters that I've seen who are genuinely distraught how I'd expect and Babe is one of them. It's heartbreaking and perfect.

Ok, Twins finale, here we go! I waited until now to watch episode 11, because I knew it would frustrate the hell out of me, and it did. So we're just gonna ignore most of that and move on to see how this all ends.

I wish we had been able to see more of Sprite & Zee rebuilding their relationship. I know it's trickier to film, but even if they had a couple of meaningful talks on the phone...would have gone a long way.

I do like being able to see the difference Frame brings to the twins' physicality though! He's really good at this, and I don't think he gets enough credit for how differently each twin moves through the world.

Random thoughts about what happened in Pit Babe the series episode 8:

▪️We got some crumbs from Jeff and Alan ! It's a bit annoying that it's already ep 8 and it seems they barely got interactions. We know it is meant to be between them but I wish they had more sweet moments. Jeff finally told someone about his power and how he felt about all Tony's shady businesses with children who have power.

▪️Charlie and Babe were investigating the disappearance of Kim. I found it weird that they went alone but why not. We had the chance to see how Babe's ability is used by Charlie now that he has his power. They had to fight and save each other. When Babe tended Charlie's wounds, they were really cute. It's nice to see the main couple be happy and lovely. I still feel they were overconfident about this investigation. It's also seen that there is a lot of foreshadowing about Charlie's getting hurt or worse to save Babe and how it would deeply affect him.

▪️Pete seems to know also about Tony's evil actions and was trying to film everything but got caught by Kenta. Pete seems to know Kenta well. Otherwise why would he call him Ken? I also admit like many other viewers that there is an intense chemistry in their scene. Now, I understand the ghost ship between them.

▪️I was persuaded last week that Kenta was working with Charlie and Jeff but I feel like I was wrong. When Jeff was trying to spy on Tony, he was captured by Kenta. I was rooting for you Kenta?! I don't exactly know what he is doing... He was supposed to save Kim in my mind but instead it was Sonic and North who attempted to do it and failed. Poor Kim is still a prisoner. Evil Winner got in the middle of his rescue.

▪️Finally let's talk about Way... Obviously, Way is not very happy that Babe didn't show up when he was ready to tell him about his feelings for him. He was again drinking and told Pete he would get revenge. Many people think Way has always been working with Tony but didn't do anything to Babe until now because he fell in love with him but now that he understands Babe will never reciprocate, he will no longer "protect" him. Way may not be my favorite character but I would feel disappointed if it's really true. He already was a poor friend because of his manipulation power that he used to isolate Babe from anyone who could get too close romantically to him. If he is indeed working with Tony, it will be hard to get any redemption for him that would satisfy me. I guess it would make sense if he was the Enigma Tony was talking too when Jeff was caught spying, but I don't like this idea at all.

The trailer seems promising for next week but it never shows what will truly happen. I always imagine something but it doesn't go in this direction when I watch the episode. 😅 I'm not really good at guessing.
