In episode 7, Kyrie said something after Eva shot her but due to her wounds nothing came out (except blood). I have my own headcanon as to what she was going to say but what do you think?

Personally I think Kyrie cared for Ange in the real world. If Episode 8 is any indication then Kyrie genuinely cares about her blood relatives otherwise the revelation about Battler woudln't have hit as hard as it did. I think she assessed the situation and chose to manipulate Eva into pitying Ange and thereby defending her daughter in case she dies. If Eva had simply killed Kyrie, she may return home resenting Ange, seeing her as the daughter of the woman who killed her husband and son. Even if she doesn't, I think it's unlikely that she would have refrained from revealing the truth, thus diverting the blame away from herself and onto Ange who would be woefully ill-equipped to handle the public scrutiny. I think Kyrie aimed to portray herself as an absolute monster (not that she isn't one, mind) and Ange as an unknowing victim, thereby manipulating Eva into having sympathies for the little girl and working harder to defend her.

I think at the end Kyrie was going to say "check-mate" or something along the line of "well this is fine too" because even if the most desirable outcome failed to come to pass, her secondary goal came to fruition flawlessly. At least now Eva will shoulder the worst of it to spare her daughter. That's what I think.

Granted I like Kyrie (no excuse for what she did though) so maybe I'm biased.
