UPDATE: I bumped up the sort value to 2999 so it should appear over more facial overlays than before, but it’ll still be under tattoos. If you really want a skin to work with this, you can always take it into S4S and lowering the sort value. PLEASE REDOWNLOAD (credit to @simswolf for telling me how to fix this issue!)
