Jeremy Renner won’t stop calling Black Widow a “slut”: “I’m unapologetic about a lot of things”

he keeps using the word “slut” and is unaware of how shaming that word is and that no matter how many people you have sex with, it does not make you a bad person! ugh he is so gross

When did Black Widow sleep with any of the Avenger members? 

But wait, why is Slut a bad word? Umm, the definition is literally “A women (person) who has many casual sexual partners” where is the bad in this??

Side note: I’m not harping on Renner, but am asking everyone else who keeps making a big deal out of the word slut. I call myself a slut all the time. And my girlfriend calls me a perverted bitch. Soooo??? How about instead of bullshiting and hating on a guy who has the right to say whatever the fuck he pleases. We instead take away the negative connotation of words that aren’t supposed to be negative. Just saying.

When said it is usually meant in a bad way for women, not that they just have a lot of sex. Do you know what the synonyms for the word “slut” is? “Prostitute, whore, hooker”. The definition is “woman that have a lot of sexual partners”. Do you see “men” included in that? Coz I sure don’t. The term was designed for misogyny/ sexism against women. That women having multiple partners is shameful, whilst men can have as many as they want. Just saying.
