It's not even autism is the thing parallel play is just a thing children do at a certain developmental stage LOL....I actually have some questions about how this term which to my knowledge refers to something exclusively found in early childhood (in all children, autistic and no) came to be an "adults with autism" thing. Because adults do indeed spend time together doing activities side by side pretty frequently, autistic or not? Happy to be corrected on this but it sounds kind of patronizing and silly. I feel the same way about "body doubling" being referred to as an ADHD fix when in fact being social and working around others is a very typical thing for all humans to do and to need.
but that's neither here nor there. We should all be more focused on jacking off.
every time I see an adult use the phrase "parallel play" to refer to something they do I always think it means jacking off together IDK why. to me that's a great term for it though so maybe we should introduce it into the ecosystem

Oh let me be clear: I got in twice, I did Not Attend haha. We got some financial aid but it still wasn’t enough since I had no college fund; I went to the University at Buffalo instead! But the fact that I got in twice is a fun anecdote to trot out haha

Yes I did! haha I got in twice actually, I can't remember what I did for my second one, the Magritte was the first one I attempted + the actual concept was the first image was an empty road where I'd crashed my bike as a kid & the nude was my body showing the scars I still have from the crash. Guess it worked for them
