All those stupid, cutesy sayings people have come up with to convince us to that we don’t deserve to take up space, that we need to always be paring ourselves down to the bone, when we could instead be focused on being healthy and happy and kind and creative and capable of wielding a sword with righteous fury.

Food is energy. Your body is a battery. Keep yourself charged up so you’re able to do whatever activities interest you. If you want to be toned and fit, it will be a lot easier to manage if you aren’t passing out fifteen seconds into your workout routine.
