Well since he traveled here magically I guess that makes sense. Either that or Diva is putting people into other dimensions again. ^^;;

Also the plaza clock is once again stuck at the time that Battle City began.

It’s the same place where they Dueled Paradox in Bonds Beyond Time, and other places! This is a very significant clock. 

I give you bonus points for bringing up Diva! XD

Oh that’s right, they did duel him there too! They really do milk this plaza and clock for all they’re worth. XD
