Getting over a break up when you have BPD <3

because our emotions are cranked up to like 200% its the equivalent of getting ear rapped on discord by some 13 year old for hours straight while the everyone else has the ability to turn the volume down we dont. bad analogy but this is the best i can explain this suffering so heres a list of things to do !

1. start writing how you feel if you have one that will listen. maybe a diary maybe a blog but you need to write, over and over the same thing if you have to.

2. dont them let them back in, they wouldnt leave  if they cared or ignore you, please dont put yourself in a position where you get walked over again. please it only makes the pain last longer.

3. delete all texts or stop looking at them log out, distance yourself

4. realize that you are sensitive and if someone doesnt understand that and continues to ignore you which is a massive trigger btw, you dont need them

5. remember the books you use to read, start reading again

6. spend time with your friends

7. two things can be true at the same time such as, they treated you bad but they also loved you . you dont have to hate them you just have to stop focusing on them

8. you deserve love

9. make a list of shows and movies you want to watch

10. watch baby animal videos <3

11. pick up your hobbies again, distractions are your friends as long as they are healthy tho

12. its okay to cry ,its not ok to give in for temporary happiness , your lonliness will serve you in due time please keep going <3
