Self hypnosis to enter void.
  • Self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind which can be defined as a heightened state of focused concentration. With it, you can change your thinking, kick bad habits, and take control of the person you are—along with relaxation and destressing from everyday life. It's similar to meditation and results in a better you.
How to apply self hypnosis.
  • Get into comfortable clothing. It's pretty hard entering any kind of deep, relaxed state when all you can think about is the waistband of your jeans cutting off your circulation. So take this as an excuse to throw on some sweats. You want absolutely nothing distracting you.
  • Make sure the temperature is good, too. Have a blanket or a sweater ready if you run on the chilly side. Sometimes feeling warm can be very comforting, too.
  • Although some people prefer to lie down, you are more susceptible to sleep than when sitting up. Whether you sit or lie, ensure that you do not cross your legs or any part of your body. You may be in this position for a while and this could end up being uncomfortable.
  • No self-hypnosis is effective if it gets interrupted by a phone call, a pet, or a kid. Turn off your phone (and the alerts), lock the door, and sequester yourself. This is you time.
  • The amount of time you want to dedicate to this is up to you. Most prefer to be in a trance (we try to avoid that phrase as it has certain...err...negative connotations) for about 15 or 20 minutes, but you should also allow time to get in and out of it, too.
  • Figure out your hypnosis goals. Are you doing it just to relax? For self-improvement? To train your brain? If you're doing it to achieve a greater end (weight loss, void), prepare a list of affirmations. Self-hypnosis can be used just for relaxation, sure, but it can be for a number of life-enhancing things, too. Many use it to achieve their goals, change their thinking, or just as general positive reinforcement or motivation. Here are some examples of affirmations you could try: I'm capable of letting go everything that's stopping me to connect myself from my higher self or you can use void Affirmation you prefer .

Entering hypnosis

  1. Close your eyes and work to rid your mind of any feelings of fear, stress, or anxiety. When you begin, you might find it difficult not to think. You may find that thoughts keep intruding. When this happens, don't try to force the thoughts out. Observe them impartially, and then let them slip away.
  2. Alternatively, some like to pick a point on the wall and focus on it. It could be the corner, it could be a smudge, it could be wherever you want it to be. Focus on the point, concentrating on your eyelids. Repeat to yourself that they're getting heavier and heavier and let them close when you cannot keep them open anymore.
  3. Recognize the tension in your body. Beginning with your toes, imagine the tension slowly falling away from your body and vanishing. Imagine it freeing each body part one at a time starting with your toes and working its way up your body. Visualize each part of your body becoming lighter and lighter as the tension is removed.
  4. Relax your toes, then your feet. Continue with your calves, thighs, hips, stomach and so on, until you've relaxed each portion, including your face and head. Using imagery techniques of something you find comforting or soothing, such as water (feel the water rushing over your feet and ankles, cleansing them of tension) can be effective as well.
  5. Take slow, deep breaths. When you exhale, see the tension and negativity leaving in a dark cloud. As you inhale, see the air returning as a bright force filled with life and energy.
  6. At this point, you can use visualization as you so choose. Think of a lemon and cut it in half in your mind. Imagine the juices oozing out and getting over your fingers. Place it in your mouth. What's your reaction? How does it feel, taste, and smell? Then, move onto more meaningful visions. Imagine your bills blowing away in the breeze. Imagine you running off those pounds. Get as detailed as possible. Always think of your five senses.
  7. Appreciate the fact that you are now extremely relaxed. Imagine you are at the top of a flight of 10 stairs which at the fifth step start to submerge into water. Picture every detail of this scene from the top to the bottom. Tell yourself that you are going to descend the stairs, counting each step down, starting at 10. Picture each number in your mind. Imagine that each number you count is further down and one step closer to the bottom. After each number, you will feel yourself drifting further and further into deep relaxation.
  8. As you take each step, imagine the feel of the step under your feet. Once you are at the fifth step imagine and truly feel the refreshing coolness of the water and tell yourself that you are stepping into an oasis of purity and cleanliness. As you begin to descend the last five steps, start to feel the water getting higher and higher up your body. You should now start to feel somewhat numb and your heart will start to race a bit, but notice it and let any qualms about the situation just drift away into the water.
  9. Feel a floating sensation.
  10. Repeat your affirmation to yourself as many times as you wish.
  11. And after some minutes you're on the void boom . You can use any mediation short ones beforehand to focus or use any subliminal i would suggest lotsumi and Arabella subliminal .

THE GUARANTEED WAY TOO REALITY SHIFT

I’m pretty sure everyone wants to know the guaranteed way too reality shift, and I think I have the guaranteed way. In manifestation, a way you get your desires is by persisting. That could work with shifting.
So when you guys do a shifting method, I want you guys to just keep persisting even if you don’t think you’re in your desired reality. Persist. Persistence will literally never fail you.

love the fact that, canonically, the various magical races of the stardew valley setting had a big war with some aliens. settled it via wizards [a separate but interbreeding species to humans] mediating and insisting it was humans turn to try things out. Elves just fucked off at that point. Dwarves and shadow beings still start shit underground sometimes. Wizards vibe, but are rare enough people doubt they’re actually magic. Dwarves are literally aliens and mermaids exist as a separate concept from merpeople.

We can make small changes and those small changes DO matter. I'm so tired of people saying, "it doesn't matter what I do if big companies keep doing what they're doing." Yes, yes it does. Of course we can push and fight for more eco friendly solutions and such. But small changes are as simple as recycling, reusing, composting, using a reusable bag to shop with, NOT supporting companies that are NOT eco friendly, not eating meat/dairy products, not using your car as much, not wasting electricity, turning your lights off when they aren't needed, preserving water, etc. The list goes on and on. But yes, WE do have the power to make changes even if they are small!

Desired Realities 

I just watched someone talk about how we shouldn’t call our it our desired realities because it is putting that reality above our current one, making it more difficult for people to get there. They suggested to call it you target reality instead.

did you know that your CR actually has a lot more in common with your DR than you’d think?

Okay!! So, hear me out :

A desired reality is just an alternate universe in which you currently exist, have existed, and will continue to exist from now until the end of your lifespan there.

The multiverse is infinite, and is beyond the concept of time. Everything you do, every action, decision, even every time you blink, you shift to a new reality different from the one just one second before. It goes without saying that there are billions of realities extremely similar to the one you’re in right now (and now, and now, and now). These similarities are what we view as our “linear” passage of time, and what makes us think we’re “bound” to a singular reality.

Well, have you ever considered that, by that logic, there are infinite little similarities between your DR and your CR that could serve you in the same way?

Think about it:

In your CR right now, you are (probably) a human being with basic necessities. You sleep, you eat, you breath, you hydrate, etc. Chances are, you do most (if not all) of these things in your desired reality too. In fact, it’s not unlikely that at this second, simultaneously, the version of you you’re trying to reach is on their phone, reading something on the internet just the same as you are! Picture it!

Every time you drink water, there’s a version of you in your desired reality that is drinking water too. You sleep while they’re sleeping, you do homework and they do too. You’re bored out of your mind with nothing to do? Guess what! They have those days too!!

They have mundane days with nothing to do, they experience hunger, thirst, boredom, embarrassment; every emotion you can think of, they can feel it too. They spend time alone in their room, they get impatient waiting for their hot food to cool down, they’ve probably tripped over their own feet at least once. They experience emotions, sensations, and experiences just the same as you do, every day!

So, rather than focusing on all the grandiose differences between you and your alternate reality self, consider all the little similarities that are really not so little once you notice them.

So do your homework because your DR self is doing it too. Complain about the long wait times at your favorite restaurant, your DR self has been there. Have a midnight snack and realize your DR self has had a million right alongside you. Every “mundane” aspect of this reality you know, it exists across the multiverse too.

Remember that at the end of the day your DR self is just another you, and every day you reach them with your little actions that you take every day! :)

The Raven Method

This is one of the most popular reality shifting methods. It’s often referenced on TikTok, and involves laying in a starfish position on one’s bed and counting to 100.

Usually, this is accompanied with subliminals playing and/or positive affirmations repeated between numbers.

The Alice in Wonderland Method

The Alice in Wonderland Method of reality shifting involves meditating and then laying on your back and imagining yourself sitting against a tree until someone from your Desired Reality runs past you, at which point you’re supposed to chase them until you “fall down the rabbit hole”.

You are then meant to find a key that will unlock the door to your DR.

The Pillow Method

The Pillow Method is a simple reality shifting method that involves writing down affirmations on a piece of paper, repeating them before bed and sleeping with the paper under your pillow.

The Heartbeat Method

The Heatbeat Method of reality shifting is a method that involves listening to the audio of a heartbeat (placed under your pillow). You are meant to listen to this audio and imagine you are laying on the chest of someone from your DR.

When the audio stops, you are then meant to imagine this person asking you if you want to go, at which point they’ll lead you to a door and open it, allowing you to enter your DR.

The Train Method

The Train Method of reality shifting involves imagining yourself on a train that is headed for your DR.

As you look out the window, you are meant to visualize scenes from your DR playing out while also repeating affirmations as you go.

When you’ve arrived at your destination, you should open your eyes and you will be in your DR.

The Staircase Method

The Staircase Method of reality shifting involves visualizing yourself at the bottom of a long staircase that you climb up.

As you climb, you should be repeating affirmations until you reach the top, at which point there will be a bright light for you to walk into that will lead you to your DR.

The Double Sided Staircase Method

The Double Sided Staircase Method of reality shifting involves imagining yourself starting at the bottom of a long staircase, then climbing up.

Once at the top, you will see a mirror. You are meant to observe yourself in this mirror intently, then when you feel ready to go, looking behind you will reveal a door that leads to a new staircase.

Following this staircase down is meant to bring you to a final door where someone from your DR is waiting and asking you if you’re ready to go. They will then lead you to your DR.

The Elevator Method

The Elevator Method has been another very popular shifting method that involves imagining yourself in an elevator, with energy levels going higher and higher with each floor you pass.

Supposedly, once your energy gets to the level it needs to shift, the elevator doors will open up to your desired reality.

The Eleven Method

The Eleven Method of reality shifting involves putting something over your eyes like a bandana, eye mask, etc.

Then you should listen to white noise while visualizing yourself walking up to your DR self. You should then visualize you two merging and becoming one. After you fall asleep, you should wake up in your DR.

The Piano Method

The Piano Method is an original reality shifting method created by Amino user cassie! here.

This method involves visualizing yourself in a grand hall, at the end of which there’s a piano. Visualize yourself turning heads as you walk towards the piano and deliver a captivating performance (preferably a song linked to your DR), at the end of which you get roaring applause.

You then tell the audience you have to go home, then you’ll walk down the hall and someone from your DR will be waiting for you. They’ll ask if you want to go home, at which point they’ll open a grand door that leads you to your DR.

The Intent Method

The Intent Method of reality shifting involves beginning in a state of drowsiness. After you’re comfortable, you’re meant to visualize and think of your DR (with you in it).

Once you’re close to being asleep, you should say “I intend to wake up in my desired reality” just before you fall asleep, at which point you should wake up in your DR.

The Tea Party Method

The Tea Party Method is a reality shifting method created by Amino user ☾꧁𝙰𝚣𝚊𝚣𝚎𝚕꧂.

This method involves meditating before going to sleep, then visualizing yourself having tea with your DR-self.

Before you fall asleep, you’re meant to visualize yourself standing up and telling your DR self that it’s time to go home. When you hug them goodbye, you visualize the two of you merging and then you should wake up in your DR.

The Rope Method

The Rope Method of Reality Shifting involves laying in your bed and relaxing. You are then meant to imagine an energy around your body that gets stronger and stronger.

You should then visualize your DR and when you feel ready to do so, begin to imagine your consciousness leaving your body via a rope to go to your DR.

You should climb until you reach a portal that goes to your DR.

The ADHD Method

ADHD reality shifting

While in other methods, the sound is optional. For the ADHD Method of Shifting, the sound is a must. Make sure to use proper headphones and search for 8D sounds tracks. While you lie down and listen to audio, choose affirmations like “I am shifting to my desired reality.”

Try to sync the breath with the audio. Count from 1 to 5 after each affirmation and repeat it. As you sync with the sound and affirmation, soon, you will start feeling the symptoms of the shift. As soon as the symptoms start, begin to visualize the reality you wish to land in, and you shall soon be in there.

The Sunni Method

Sunni Method of Shifting is all about visualization. Due to the nature of the method, it is also very close to many people as it helps with manifestation in the physical world.

This method is all about tricking your brain into thinking that you are in a particular situation. It involves persuading your mind by saying that you are already in your desired reality. This can be induced by using sounds, sensations, or just plain silence.

One example is when you are just about to wake up from sleep, without opening your eyes, imagine yourself lying on a beach, feeling the breeze and the sounds. Your subconscious is widely awake during this time, and you would find yourself on the beach the next moment.

HOW TO LUCID DREAM? - METHODS

What is lucid dreaming?: A lucid dream is a dream where the dreamer becomes aware that they are dreaming and gain control over the dream characters, narrative, or environment.
Why is this being posted on this account?: Lucid dreaming could either be used to fly around, etc., but it can also be used to get railed by whoever you want, and since this account is for horny people, I thought I'd share my knowledge. You can also use Lucid dreaming as a way to shift wherever you want, which is the act of moving one's consciousness from this current reality to one's desired reality. If you want, I can get into more detail because Lucid Dreaming and Shifting are two different things.
# 1 Reality testing: Reality checking, is a form of mental training. It increases metacognition by training your mind to notice your own awareness. Here are common reality checks that people use to lucid dream:
  • Mirrors; Check your reflection to see if it looks normal.
  • Solid objects; Push your hand against a wall, door or any object and see if it goes through. Some people push their fingers into their opposite palms.
  • Hands; Look at your hands. Do they look normal?
  • Time; If you’re dreaming, the time on a clock will constantly change.
  • Breathing; This popular reality check involves pinching your nose and seeing if you can breathe.
  • Tongue; Bite your tongue. Does it hurt?

From personal, successful use I recommended doing these (maybe focusing on one) multiple times a day. Whether you wanna put on a timer, put a reminder as your lock screen or just do it whenever you think about it. This will train your mind to repeat the reality checks while dreaming, which can induce lucid dreaming.

# 2 Wake back to bed: WBTB involves entering REM sleep while you’re still conscious by setting an alarm for five hours after your bedtime. You sleep normally, when the alarm goes off do not move too much and set the intention of lucid dreaming. Then fall back asleep.

When you go back to sleep, you’ll be more likely to lucid dream. While you’re awake, choose any activity that requires full alertness.

# 3 MILD: Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams is based on a behaviour called prospective memory, which involves setting an intention to do something later.
  • Think of a recent dream.
  • Identify something that’s irregular or strange in the dream. An example is the ability to fly.
  • Think about returning to the dream. Acknowledge that the dream sign only happens when you dream.
  • Tell yourself, “The next time I dream, I want to remember that I am dreaming.” Recite the phrase in your head.

This is a great method to continue a dream you recently had and got woken up from.
