I did that.
Gained half a stone on holiday. Now I’m back and I’m not happy about being home and fat. I say that but I didn’t even lose much weight before the holiday.
I’m going all in fasting and restricting from Monday. I’ve been quite consistent maintaining my weight my it’s time to go harder to lose it. Now.
I REFUSE to die fat.
P.s. not terminal yet but living with a tumour that’s not cancerous but also in a VERY bad place.
After a month of trying to eat without worrying about calories I’m fed up of food. And tbh I’m not mad.
I’m so happy to finally get back to restricting on Monday.
How do you live your life “normally” (ie having a baby) knowing that your life is going to end in the next ten years (in the best case)?
My SO wants us to live our lives as though my illness won’t kill me but we know it will.
I don’t know what to do.. we’re already several years out of our plan because of this illness. How do we move on and live our lives??

You go trick or treating, gathering all of your favorite candies. Calories don’t count, today is YOUR day.
How do you explain to your partner that you want to stop eating but also want your children to have a healthy relationship with food?
