During this time, I’ve noticed a lot of you posting funny karma memes, quoting lyrics she wrote about her enemies, etc. They are comic relief and it’s fine to keep posting them. HOWEVER- more of you all need to understand how legitimately scared many of us Jews are right now regarding Kanye’s antisemitism. So many of his fans are extremely young and impressionable, and we are terrified what his words might inspire. If you have been posting memes nonstop and have 0 posts explicitly denouncing antisemitism- PLEASE denounce it. Retweet and reblog posts from Jews educating non-Jews about Jewish history. Amplify Jewish voices. Maybe even find local Jewish communities and see if there are ways you can support them. Don’t let fandom wars take center stage- center Jews right now while still letting yourself laugh at some memes from time to time
