I really fucking hate myself.

There are days when I feel like I’m almost pretty, and I have some confidence

And then I look in the mirror and I can’t help but sneer at myself.

I am not pretty, or elegant. I’m obese, and emotional, and sometimes I really wish I was dead.

You see, I was thin once. I was much prettier then, people went out of their way to talk to me. Now I get avoided, mocked, ignored.

Overlooked.

You see, I really fucking hate myself, and it’s time to be thin again.

College Thinspo Tips

I always see back-to-school tips, but they’re mostly geared toward high school students, and while they are very helpful for the audience they’re made for, it leaves us college students without much relevant help. So I hope this helps someone :)

- If you have a meal plan, stick to the vegan/vegetarian options, use the salad bar, etc. The other meal options are soo heavy in calories and bad shit in general.

- Walk to class! Or bike if you have one. Don’t drive!! It’s hard as fuqqq to find a good parking spot, and it gives you extra steps and activity.

- Walk allllll over campus. I just started doing this, it not only helps with metabolism/general weight loss, but it’s fun and peaceful, and it helps with finding buildings you may need for future classes. I recently foudn out that my college’s campus has a really pretty garden area that is 24/7 open for students. I like walking there and around the garden, then walking home.

- If your school has a rec center/gym, it’s very likely that the membership cost is included in your school fees. Take advantage! Use the machines, get a few people together for a basketball game, attend the yoga/pilates/cycling classes if they offer them. It’s so worth it!

- If you buy your food, do not buy any junk food. Having junk food available means you’ll eat it. Which can lead to binging, regret, etc. Never fun.

- College parties are where calories looove to be. From the alcohol, to the party food… just avoid it all. Carry a cup with some drink in it to keep people from bothering you about drinking, and dance all night to burn calories!

I didn’t really plan this out so if anyone has anything else that could be helpful feel free to add on.

I know you don't give any tips regarding restricting or fasting (for good reason) but could you maybe help me come up with an excersize plan to burn off the extra calories? They burn a ridiculous amount of cals. I used to do the floating on air challege all the time, which was 1200 jumping jacks a day and it burns just about 1200 cals.

The average person will burn between 100-200 calories per 100 jumping jacks so

That’s actually incorrect, 3 minutes of intense jumping jacks burns about 30-40 cal, and one can do around 250 jumping jacks in 3 minutes. So doing 1200 jumping jacks won’t burn 1200 calories, it’ll burn a maximum of 180-200 calories …
